Maintenance of the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it daily, ensuring cleanliness. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Parking facilities are very convenient, and there are separate visitor parking lots. Facilities like grocery stores are available within 300 meters, and there is a shopping mall, vegetable stalls, and exclusive stores within a 600-meter radius. People are very satisfied with the amenities.
Maintenance charges are expensive; we are paying Rs. 15,000 per month in the society. The construction quality is poor, and there is some seepage in flats and neighboring areas of the society. There are a lot of cacophony sources, which is disturbing. Public transportation stations are available within 1-2 kilometers. There is also traffic congestion outside the society, which is inconvenient.

The proximity to good schools and corporate offices adds to the convenience. The open location with green spaces contributes to a refreshing atmosphere. The organized pattern of roads and the availability of spacious villas with dedicated green areas add to the appeal, making it a desirable place to live
The increase in construction activity in the locality has led to increased noise and pollution levels. The peak hour traffic congestion inside the society can be frustrating, impacting the ease of daily commutes.

The society amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and well-maintained kids' play areas. Parking facilities are well-organized with separate visitor parking lots. The society is also conveniently located with grocery stores, a shopping mall, and vegetable stalls within a short distance. The well-maintained green areas and the open grounds nearby enhance the overall living experience, making it a pleasant environment for residents.
Maintenance charges are on the higher side 12k+, higher than nearby societies. Traffic congestion outside the society and the challenge of finding parking for multiple vehicles

Living here for last 1 year. I like the vibe inside the society. The house vantilation is good. Located near orr bypass, I would also rate the conenctivity good. Seetharampalya metro station is also 10-15 mins ride from there. The locality has greenary and lot of IT companies are also located in this locality
No dislikes as such. The peak hour traffic inside the society should be decluttered. I don�t like starting my day stucked in traffic after just setting foot in my car. Also, the parking is a challenge for visitors.

I like the green area near the main entry gate. My usual place for morning walk and stretching. Socity is well connected with ORR and metro station. The location is open, still open grounds nearby. The traffic is manageable. The amenties are good but I hardly use them. Water supply is sorted with good security measures
The power cut has become a problem recently. Partial back-up helps but too frequent. The road outside the society should have devider. The maintenance are also on a higher side

Clubhouse, Swimming pool, Tennis court, beautiful green spaces between the houses and the pavement is amazing. These 4BHK villas are spacious and well constructed. The cleanliness is great. People are non-intrusive and believe in live and let others live philosophy. The flooring, wooden work, open kitchen with modular fitting is good. The top floor can be used for installing solar panels are gardens.
Lot of construction has started in the locality. Noise and pollution. Swimming pool is smal.

Well connected with ORR via Alpine Eco road. Just 2.5 Kms from Seetharampalya metros station. There are some good schools in the locality and Corporate offices. The society has Swimming pool, tennsi court and children play area. There are green areas in each lane and each house has dedicated green space.. The society is well maintained.
Only 2 side open properties. Parking becomes challenging for owners with more than 2 parking. Residents park their vehicle on the road.

I like the organised pattern of the society with 40 and 60 feets road between houses. The small green area near front door is a good space for planting your exotic trees. The Amenities are good. The society is excellent if you are not a fan o apartments.
Seepage issues have started crepping near the bathroom and backside room. The tiles are also average quality with already cracks and loseness. The mainteancne charges are high. Finding a maid is also costly.
