While power backup is provided, it's primarily reserved for common areas, ensuring uninterrupted functioning. Waste management is commendable, with separate collection of wet and dry waste conducted daily. The residents of the society are known for their friendliness and cooperation, fostering a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. Additionally, amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained, providing ample recreational options for residents. Schools are conveniently located nearby, within walking distance from the society, facilitating easy access to education for children. Furthermore, the parking area within the society is spacious, with additional visitor parking available, catering to the needs of residents and guests alike.
Things need improvement
Connectivity options such as cabs are not readily available in the society even when booked. The construction quality is notably poor, with evident seepage issues in the bathrooms, causing inconvenience to residents. Moreover, there is a lack of ventilation in the parking area, contributing to discomfort for residents and visitors alike.

Moreover, there is a reliable power backup system in place to ensure continuous electricity supply. Waste management is efficiently handled, with daily garbage collection in the society. Hospitals are conveniently located nearby, within walking distance from the society, enhancing accessibility to healthcare services. Ventilation in the flats is commendable, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Additionally, residents are known for their friendliness and respectfulness, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere. Essential facilities such as shops and vegetable markets are conveniently located within walking distance from the society, further enhancing convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, evident from the leakages in bedrooms and bathrooms, which cause inconvenience to residents. Additionally, there are cracks on the walls throughout the society, further indicating poor construction. Maintenance charges are expensive, adding to the financial burden of residents.

Maintenance services are exemplary, with recent repairs enhancing convenience for residents. The construction quality is robust, with no issues of leaks or seepage. Public transportation options, including buses, are conveniently located within 200 meters from the society. Additionally, the metro station is within a manageable distance of around 300 meters. The lush greenery surrounding the area contributes to the pleasant and serene environment of our society.

Maintenance and repairs are efficiently handled here, ensuring convenience for residents. The area outside the society experiences minimal traffic, contributing to its peaceful ambiance.

Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society, done daily at a particular time. Ventilation of the flats is also very good in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
The repainting has not been done yet in the society, even though the building is 8 years old. The housekeeping personnel are also not up to par in the society, leading to poor cleaning standards. Additionally, the parking area is not very spacious in the society.

Good things here
Connected cabs and auto services are easily available if we book in advance. People can avail transportation within a 100-200 meter radius conveniently. The climate is generally pleasant. The water supply is excellent, and power backups are available. The construction quality is very good; there is no need to worry about building safety as it is a new development. There are hospitals within a 1-2 mile radius. The amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, badminton court, kids' play area, and maintained gardens. Pets are also allowed. We can all enjoy the festivals with access to the community facilities.
Things need improvement
There is a traffic outside the society, which is inconvenient. cleaning is not good in the society is very inconvient ,that should be improve in the society.

There are no issues with the lifts in the society, and all amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are available. Water and electricity are supplied 24 hours a day without interruption. Additionally, the society has power backups to ensure continuous service.
Things need improvement
No one in the society faces any issues; everything is perfectly fine and functions well. All necessary services and amenities are very close by, making them easily accessible. Additionally, all tasks and needs are promptly taken care of.

This society is located in the center of the city, with excellent connectivity to various amenities. It is surrounded by international schools, multispecialty hospitals, supermarkets, and a metro station, all within a distance of 1 to 2km. The construction quality is commendable, as there have been no seepage issues in the past 8 years of residence. The society offers various amenities such as a grocery shop, vegetable stalls, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and well-equipped play areas.
Things need improvement
The only issue is that maintenance is not so great; it could be improved more for residents comfort.

One positive aspect of this society is its clubhouse, which offers excellent facilities to the residents, such as a gym, guest rooms, a large party hall, and indoor game facilities. Society connectivity is also top-notch due to a few schools and grocery shops being within walking distance, and there is also a nearby metro station. Societies have good amenities such as a swimming pool, a kid's play area, outdoor badminton courts, and ample parking options. The construction quality is also good, as residents have never complained about seepage problems.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that the approach road to the community is not in good condition.

Around 350 families reside in this society. One positive aspect of this community is its connectivity. Within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers, there are excellent international schools, super specialty hospitals, shopping malls, and easily accessible bus stops. Additionally, there's a metro station about 1.5 kilometers away from the society. Grocery stores and vegetable markets are conveniently located within 300 meters of the society. The society has excellent amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, indoor games, and outdoor play areas. The construction quality of the buildings is exceptional, with no complaints of leakage. Maintenance of the society is also commendable, ensuring uninterrupted water supply, regular garbage collection, and cleanliness. The society's security is excellent with good CCTV systems.
Things need improvement
There is no cricket ground within the society, and all residents are suggesting developing a cricket play area inside the society.

Vasavi Brindavanam is a haven for families! The well-designed apartments and 24x7 security provide a sense of safety and comfort. The nearby recreational options are an added bonus for weekend outings.
