Only 3 km away from Kasturba Nagar MRTS station, improving connectivity of the locale. It is a nice project with beautiful environment in the society. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, metro station, schools and major colleges are nearby. Safety and security is taken care nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. Sometimes there is a network issue so, it might not be suitable for work from home environment. read more

You will also find that there is a lot of greenery on the premises, and cleanliness is prioritised along with the residents' safety. There are playgrounds, parks, a swimming pool, a gym, jogging tracks, and open areas where meetings or events can be held. Water and electricity are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You won't have any problems here because all of the amenities are either available or close by.
