The project offers Apartment with perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living. This is an amazing project with high build quality and all the other facilities. The outside view is just awesome and makes you feel relaxed. It is a perfect project for living life peacefully because everything is available right inside the society like grocery shop, gym, ATMs, golf course, jogging park, swimming pool and other amenities which are to find at one place in other project at this price. The prices are reasonable as per the facilities you get. Maintenance is regularly done and the inside roads are well kept. There is also no issue about the safety as the CCTV cameras along with security personals ensure that you and your family is always safe even during the night time. There is lush greenery alongside the inside roads and the park developed nearby lets the kids enjoy their games in a healthy and pollution free environment. It is close to Teynampet Metro Station. It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, swimming pool, gym and quality built roads. The senior citizens can also comfortably stay here without worrying about the safety because neighbors ae helpful and there CCTV cameras installed in the entire society along with the secured guards. All major schools, colleges and institutes are nearby which further reliefs the parents. Ola, Uber cabs arrive on time, there are bus stops, and everything is nearby. read more

Each Lobby shared only by Two Residences. Here, you will find everything inside the premises like parks, gym, swimming pool, jogging area, well-lit roads, CCTV cameras and much more. Connectivity is good that it takes very less time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book a cabs as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly. Also, the construction quality of homes from inside and outside is good. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep.
