Things need improvement
However, the housing society faces challenges with connectivity and amenities. There are reported issues with limited amenities, which may not fully meet the diverse needs and preferences of residents. Additionally, some residents experience connectivity issues, which can affect access to public transport or major roads. Addressing these connectivity challenges and expanding amenities could greatly improve the convenience and satisfaction of residents living in the society.

Good things here
The locality here is good. Nearby, autos and rickshaws are easily available. Malls and markets are within 40 minutes. The society has amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, garden, temple, and kids' play area. Ventilation is proper, and there are no issues with seepage. Cleaning is done on time. The society has a municipality water connection, so there are no water problems . Covered parking is available for residents, and uncovered parking is available for guests. Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated.
Things need improvement
Road construction is ongoing, causing traffic and waterlogging during the rainy season. The construction has been going on for a long time, which is causing some inconvenience . Power backup is available only in the common areas, not in the flats.

Highway connected thi society to connectivity bohot acchi thi which is big plus point. market and local tranport was nearby within 500miters. no powercut or water supply issue. hum log waha pe covid k time pe the tho sari amminities use nhi kr paye pr amminities acchi thi. CCTV and apps security is present in the society. visitors parking h. sare log freinly and cooperative the. no leakage or issues in the buildings.

Power backup nhi tha society mai, agar power cut hota hai to sirf common area k liye hi power backup tha.

The most compelling reason to stay here is that it is inexpensive, and it is much easier to move to any part of the city without difficulty thanks to excellent connectivity. All of the essential amenities, including as shops, malls, metro stations, schools, and major colleges, are within walking distance. With the help of CCTV cameras and security guards, safety and security are well taken care of, reducing the worry of any kind of problem among children and women. It's a lovely project with a lovely setting in society.

Offers exceptionally planned & designed spaces. Excellent built up of homes and other structures like Gym, open areas and shops in the premises. The outside view is just awesome and makes you feel relaxed. It is a perfect project for living life peacefully because everything is available right inside the society like grocery shop, gym, ATMs, golf course, jogging park, swimming pool and other amenities which are to find at one place in other project at this price. The prices are reasonable as per the facilities you get. Maintenance is regularly done and the inside roads are well kept.
