Maintenance is good, elevators are in good condition, and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are operational. Security and CCTV are present, and some people are friendly.

Public transportation is not convenient, the society is 1 km from the main road, parking is closed, construction quality is below average with cracks and seepage, and the play area is small and below average.

Additionally, the presence of a meditation hall offers a tranquil space for residents.

Maintenance charges in the society are high, posing a financial burden on residents. The proximity of a main road leads to pollution in the area, affecting the overall environment. Traffic congestion near the society further adds to the inconvenience experienced by residents. Additionally, inadequate cleaning and subpar housekeeping services detract from the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the society.

Good things here
Security in our society is excellent. We have a reliable water facility with a convenient borewell. There's also a backup power supply in place. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. Maintenance charges are reasonable, which is a plus. Nearby hospitals within 4-5 km add to the convenience. We can celebrate festivals like Holi, Diwali, and others within the society, fostering a sense of community. The practice of closing the society gates is commendable, and they are cleaned twice daily, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Things need improvement
Connectivity in our society presents challenges across various aspects. Booking Ola or other ride-sharing services can be difficult as they do not easily reach our location. The construction quality is subpar, with issues such as seepages and cracks in the walls causing inconvenience. Public transport options are available but are situated far away, and there are no nearby metro stations, further complicating commuting for residents. These factors collectively contribute to the inconvenience experienced in terms of connectivity within our society.

Residents celebrate various festivals like Diwali and Republic Day, with amenities including a gym, children's play area, and walking track.
