Living in this society has been a delightful experience, largely due to its excellent connectivity and convenient access to essential amenities. Public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available just outside the society, making commuting a breeze. The vicinity is teeming with markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, ensuring that residents have everything they need within easy reach. Moreover, hospitals and a metro station are conveniently located nearby, further enhancing accessibility. Parking is a non-issue, with ample allotted space for all residents. Timely garbage collection services contribute to the overall cleanliness of the society. Furthermore, residents enjoy peace of mind knowing that seepage and leakage issues are non-existent, thanks to the good construction quality of the buildings. The flats boast excellent ventilation, creating a comfortable living environment. One of the highlights of living here is the friendly and cooperative community atmosphere. Residents come together to celebrate festivals and foster a sense of camaraderie. Additionally, the society offers a plethora of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, ensuring that there's something for everyone to enjoy.
The maintenance efforts in the society are not up to par, leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Additionally, the road quality is substandard, compounded by ongoing construction activities and insufficient street lighting, posing safety concerns for residents. Water and electricity issues are a recurring problem, causing inconvenience to residents. Furthermore, the cost of DG electricity, priced at Rs 30 per unit, adds to the financial burden of residents. Waste management practices in the society are inadequate, with wet and dry waste being collected together instead of being separated, leading to environmental concerns. Moreover, issues within the society are not addressed in a timely manner, further exacerbating the situation. The amenities in the society require more attention and maintenance to enhance residents' quality of life.

The society is a low rise society with ample space for activities, walks, jogging etc Society has in house gym, spa, club room, cards, pool/ snooker, reading area Full size squash court indoors, lawn tennis court and Full badminton courts outdoors In addition it boasts of cricket nets, half volley ball _____ Amphitheater with provision of a podium and water fountain in background gives options fkr several events Color Fountain at entrance and in front of clubhouse adds to beauty_ Clubhouse multipurpose hall can be used for events, displays, exhibitions, meetings, sales promotions, birthday events or ICC match hosting Overall a great society
Location is a bit far off and initially roads were not proper and even street lighting was missing Maintenance cost is very very high_ It's more than most societies at INR 4,5 per square feet of super built up area, ie almost 10,000 Inr per month for a 3BHK Initially, there were hundred of flower pots and plantations all across Aria , now mostly there are leaves and not flowers

There is indeed seepage and leakage present in the property, which is a significant concern. There has been noticeable deterioration in service quality and maintenance standards. While security personnel are generally performing well, there are lapses in vigilance within the lobby area. Additionally, maintenance charges have recently increased, which is a point of contention among residents. Although the property features a gym and clubhouse, they are not well-maintained, with issues like loose wooden planks.

The society has amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden. Parking is allotted for everyone. Cleaning and hygiene are well-maintained with timely garbage collection. There are CCTV cameras, security guards, and lifts, ensuring safety and convenience without any issues. All festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated enthusiastically by everyone. The construction quality is good, with proper ventilation and no problems of seepage or leakage.
The only issue is with transportation as public transport like autos and rickshaws are not easily available, which can be inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else is excellent

I liked the swimming pool of the society and club house was also top notch in the society .
I did not have any complain with the society every thing was perfect in the society .

You can make the most of your free time by visiting their clubhouse which has badminton and squash courts, indoor games, table tennis, billiards, and a fitness club. A great place to call home due to its wonderful surroundings and a strong sense of community.
