Good things here
The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to public transportation like autos, buses, and cabs just a short walk away. It made commuting a breeze, and having shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants nearby added to the convenience of daily life. The availability of lifts in the society, along with their proper maintenance, ensured smooth mobility within the buildings. The construction quality of the buildings was impressive, as evidenced by the absence of common issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. It was evident that the society was well-maintained, with cleanliness and hygiene being top priorities. Regular garbage collection and pest control ensured a clean and healthy living environment. The presence of additional amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of living in the society. But what truly made the experience special was the friendly and cooperative community of residents. Coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events created a sense of belonging and camaraderie that made the society feel like one big family.
Things need improvement
Overall, it was a place I was proud to call home. There are no improvements required according to my knowledge. Society is very well maintained and have got everything required.

Good things here
The livability of this society is commendable. CCTV surveillance is prevalent throughout, particularly at the entrance of each tower. Abundant playgrounds cater to children, and the pedestrian pathways are excellently maintained. Speed bumps and limiters are strategically positioned The management demonstrates efficiency, ensuring that the monthly fees are effectively utilized to maintain the greenery and cleanliness of the society. The repair crew typically responds within 30-35 minutes of being called. Moreover, security measures are stringent, with guards stationed at every building. This society is well-equipped with all essential amenities for daily life, including a general store, power backup, ample water supply, and it's pet-friendly. Also personally I use gym which is very well maintained. There are numerous amount of cultural events that are organised in this society.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are in poor condition, sometimes under construction which affects connectivity and transportation options are limited, with low availability of cabs, buses and autos, posing challenges for residents' mobility. The building quality leaves much to be desired as the wall quality is not good, walls easily shed when nails are inserted, Seepage an leakage issues are common in this society.

Good things here
I use my personal vehicle for easy transportation and the society has got ample of space for parking area which is alloted to all residents, The guards managed the parking area efficiently for which no parking chaos happened. There are multiple stores, market areas and also cinema halls nearby the society which makes the connectivity very efficiet with easy accessibility to everything. The housekeeping staffs are very helful and they resolve any issues that arrise on timely manner. The maintainance charges are reasonable according to the services that's privided. The society has got spacious lifts and timely maintainance are done. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly.
Things need improvement
The main concern is of the public transports which is not easily available around the society, for travelling you have to have your car or book a cab. The construction is very average as outside the building walls the layers are comming off and seepage and leakage issues are being very common which affects overall appeal of the society. I personally used gym and the gym is very small and equipements are limited, swimmingpool is sometimes not functional and there are very small parks in the society.

Water logging issues are non-existent due to a well-maintained drainage system. Maintenance services ensure the society remains clean and well-kept. Timely pest control and painting activities are carried out. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are available for residents' use. Continuous water supply and electricity without any disruptions. Basement parking facilities are provided for all residents. Proper functioning and regular maintenance of elevators. Apartments feature balconies and are adequately ventilated. Residents are known for their understanding and friendly demeanor, fostering a vibrant community spirit with diverse festival celebrations.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, I find there's a shortage of public transport available, so I end up using my personal vehicle or booking cabs. The walls in my place are quite weak, and they often have issues with dampness and seepage, highlighting the average construction quality.

Using my own vehicle is convenient, thanks to ample parking space available within the society. All modern amenities are provided, enhancing the quality of life. The friendly atmosphere among residents contributes to a welcoming environment. The society allows pets, adding to its inclusivity. Additionally, well-ventilated flats ensure comfort, and round-the-clock water availability meets residents' needs seamlessly.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are somewhat rough, and waterlogging is a common occurrence, particularly during the rainy season, which can pose challenges for residents. Additionally, significant issues with leakage and seepage in flats are a concern and may require attention to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

The society is excellent because there's a fantastic school close by, a gym for exercise, a swimming pool for fun, lots of open green areas, and convenient access to shopping malls

Good things here
Cabs and autos are available nearby. Markets and schools are also available nearby. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. The residents are friendly and cooperative.

Maintenance quality near the society is very poor with water supply issues, bad road quality, not a functional clubhouse.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in some key parts like main gate lifts of the society. Security guards are available.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available in the society. CCTV cameras are not installed in some parts of the society like ground level, basement area. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The maintainance of the society is not upto the mark which is done by RWA. The maintainance charges are very high according to the services provided. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society but they are not functional, it's on papers but amenities don't work properly. People staying in the society are not that friendly and cooperative in the society.

Other facilities and amenities like gym, library, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Parking area is very conjested, for which less parking issues are faced in the society. Major electricity issues are faced in the society. The common area electricity bills are accomodated in the residential part, it is added with personal electricity bill which has to be paid. The society has prepaid meter for electricity, if the balance comes down to zero they will cut the power immediately. They don't understand the situation even if you are not in the society or you've been outside, they just cut the lights. Till the deposite has been made they will not provide electricity. Water supply issues are faced sometimes in the society, water is always not available as water is available by tankers. There is no swimmingpool in the society.

Public transport asani se mil jaata hai, market area bhi paas hai. Traffic ka bhi koi issue nahi rehta hai. Maintenance achcha hai society. Society saaf rehti hai. CCTV and lifts installed hain aur saaf rehte hain. Power backup bhi hai. Gym, poo, club hous sab hai society mai aur well maintained hain. Neighbours achche hain aur friendly bhi hain. Festivals bhi saare celebrate hota hain. Mujhe yahan ki security achchi lagti hai.

Seelan ya seepage ka issue thoda hai. Baaki aise koi issues nahi hain mujhje iss society mai
