Good things here
Living in this neighborhood brings a sense of safety and security that's hard to find elsewhere. Knowing that our community is safe gives us peace of mind, allowing us to relax and enjoy our surroundings without worry. With good neighbors who look out for each other, it truly feels like a close-knit community where everyone cares. One of the highlights of our neighborhood is the presence of a swimming pool. It's a wonderful amenity that allows us to unwind and enjoy some leisure time right within our own community. Having access to such a facility makes staying active and healthy much easier, and it's a great way to socialize with neighbors and friends.
Things need improvement
However, there are some drawbacks to living here as well. The lack of connectivity and public transportation options can be inconvenient, especially for those who rely on these services for daily commuting or errands. It can make getting around more difficult, particularly for those without access to private transportation. The condition of the roads is another issue that we face. Potholes and uneven surfaces not only make driving uncomfortable but also pose risks to our vehicles. It would be great to see improvements in this area to make traveling within the neighborhood smoother and safer for everyone. Additionally, the absence of nearby markets means that we often have to travel a considerable distance to access basic necessities like groceries. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially for busy families or individuals who may not have the means to travel long distances regularly. Moreover, the lack of a gym facility means that residents have limited options for exercise and fitness. While the swimming pool is a great amenity, having additional workout facilities would be beneficial for those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Good things here
All corporate offices are very close to the society. Daily needs are available, such as nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Parking is alloted for all residents in the society. Enough parking space is available. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Dry and wet waste is segregated seperately. Water supply and electricity is available at all times in the society. Power backup is also there. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. No major seepage and leakage issues arised, construction quality is very good. The society has got all amenities like gym, club house, Swimming pool, play area for kids, garden. People are cordial in this society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society.
Things need improvement
I've noticed that the maintenance team takes a lot of time sometimes in resolving any issues that arise in our society. Internal issues often had to be solved by the residents themselves, which can be frustrating. The condition of the road around our society is quite poor. There are many potholes, leading to water logging during rains. I feel that the playground in our society should be larger, and walking tracks should be available for residents to enjoy outdoor activities and exercise.

The availability and proper maintenance of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks provide opportunities for leisure and recreation. The friendly and cooperative community spirit, along with the celebration of cultural festivals and events together. Roads are not made properly, road conditions are very poor. There is no metro station nearby the society. Amenities are not accessible for tenents. Tenents are not allowed to use any of the amenities.

Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed diligently. The elevators are installed and maintained well. We have uninterrupted electricity and water supply, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Lastly I have very nice friendly neighbors, and we celebrate each festival together, making the community feel close-knit and welcoming.
Things need improvement
However, there are some downsides. Cabs are not easily available, and the roads are in rough condition, making transportation and connectivity very bad. Cab and auto drivers often don�t accept booked rides, which can be quite frustrating. There are minor issues with the lifts, and the gym and swimming pool are very small and used very infrequently. These issues need to be addressed to improve the overall living experience.

This society has best connectivity like auto cabs were easily available near by the society,restaurants were near by the society,there were no traffic and water logging issues around the society. Spacious parking for owners and visitors. Build quality is great there were no leakage and seepage issues in the society. High security system to there residents time to time cleaning done in the society.
Things need improvement
There were only few amenities in the society like ,swimming pool and club house and even swimming pool was not well maintained,so maintenance was quite poor in the society.

I am grateful to have the designated parking to each resident and the public transport easily available like bus, auto, and cabs. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation in our society. Elevators are installed and maintained. I have a regular electricity and water supply for 24 hours. The construction quality of the building is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. Rooms have proper ventilation and sunlight comes to all rooms. The good plaster and fitting are also significant benefits. Additionally, having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. The very supportive friendly neighbors with whom we celebrate each festival together make living here enjoyable. The CCTV cameras and proper security guard provide a sense of safety.
Things need improvement
The amenities are there but not functional, like the gym and clubhouse. The main road to the society road is not well maintained and clean. These issues can sometimes be frustrating and inconvenient.

The society had good public transport connectivity, with access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses within a hundred meters from the main road. There was a bus station nearby, and a metro station was also within proximity. Additionally, the construction quality of the society was good, with well-ventilated flats and all amenities available such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, etc. , which were well-maintained. Overall, there were no issues within the society; it was well-maintained and pleasant�to�live�in.

My experience regarding connectivity was not good because the connectivity there was poor. The road leading to the society was in very bad condition, full of potholes, making it difficult to commute. Additionally, there were no street lights, which caused a lot of trouble while coming and going at night. So, regarding the roads, the connectivity there�was�very�poor.
