Good things here
Having public transport options so close by is a huge advantage. It�s one of the best aspects of living here. Living near Ryan International School is fantastic. It makes school runs so much easier and less time-consuming. The society is always clean and tidy. Garbage is picked up on time, and the separate collection of wet and dry waste is very well managed. There are no issues with leakage, and the overall maintenance of the society is top-notch. It's great to live in a place that�s so well taken care of. Celebrating festivals together makes this society feel like one big family. The sense of unity and togetherness is truly special.
Things need improvement
Everything is good, but sometimes the security check at the gate takes too long. It can be a bit frustrating when you're in a hurry. It's generally quiet, but sometimes the noise from the nearby road can be a bit annoying, especially at night

Good things here
Residing in this community is wonderful, with no complaints to make. The connectivity is superb, and upkeep is outstanding. The building is sturdy, and the area is welcoming. It's a lovely place to call home.
Things need improvement
There are no issues in this housing society, everything is great. But adding an EV charging station and solar panels could be beneficial for sustainability and convenience, although it's not a pressing issue.

Good things here
Maintenance charges are reasonable and society is very well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic surrounding.All the amenities are well equipped and functional.security system is great.allocated parking space for owners and visitors.All the festivals are being celebrated together,good socialism.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the society is so poor,always constrcution work is going on outside roads due to that ola uber are not ready to come to the entrance and even though rickshaw stand is also not at walkable distance.

Good things here
Society was neat and clean,very well maintained.build quality was top notch and all the amenities were present in the society.crowd of the people were very friendly and soft spoken.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was the issue around this society ,actually main road was 3 km away from the society we have to take cabs and auto,even that was also hard to catch.tenant were not allowed to use any of the amenities.Railway station bus stand,airport were also far away from the society.

Good ventilation system in the apartments ensures proper sunlight and fresh air. It hardly takes 5 minutes walk to the nearest upcoming Kharkoper railway station and the connectivity to the palm beach road, Mumbai-pune expressway puts it in a well connected location. You also video door security, swimming pool, wifi connectivity, piped gas, waiting lounge, multi0-purpose court, amphitheter, skating rink, etc.
