Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. If we book Ola or Uber, they will arrive quickly. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good, with wet and dry waste collected separately. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available in the society. The metro is available within 2 kilometers from the society. There is visitor parking also available. Hospitals are available within 1. 5 kilometers from the society, which is very convenient for emergencies. read more
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with some seepage issues in certain areas of the society. Parking spaces are a concern, especially for some people, mainly in the lift area parking, which is congested. Cleanliness should be improved, particularly in common areas and the garbage collection area. Additionally, rainwater harvesting should be installed in the society with government support due to water scarcity. read more

Good things here
Living here has several advantages. The proximity to schools, hospitals, and markets is very convenient. The connectivity is good, with public transport easily available. The maintenance is excellent, with regularly scheduled activities to keep everything in top shape. Garbage collection is well-managed, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. We have reliable electricity and water supply, and the interiors of the apartments are impressive with proper ventilation. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. read more

However, the construction quality is not up to the mark, as there are occasional seepage issues. Additionally, the amenities are not sufficient for the number of people living in the society. Despite these drawbacks, everything else is good. read more

Good things here
I appreciated the excellent construction quality, ensuring no seepage or termite issues, and proper ventilation with good plaster and fittings. Each resident having designated parking with rules followed was convenient. The regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste was efficient. Having amenities like the gym and clubhouse available and well-maintained was a plus. The neighbors were friendly, and the presence of well-maintained elevators added to the convenience. read more

Connectivity was a challenge, with issues like Ola and Uber cancelling rides. Additionally, the airport and railway station were far away, which was inconvenient. Other than these issues, everything else was good. read more

The society has no issues with parking and there are no street dogs. The society's construction quality is good, with no issues of leakage or seepage anywhere. Security is also excellent; the building is very strong with no cracks, and the guards remain active at all times. read more
