Good things here
Living experience in the society was very comfortable and positive. The connectivity to public and local transport facilities is convenient, and the build quality of the society is excellent, with no issues of leakage or other problems. The well-designed rooms contribute to a pleasant living environment. While the amenities may not be extensive, the well-maintained lifts and allocated owner's parking add to the convenience. Routine cleaning ensures cleanliness and hygiene throughout the society, and the availability of 24/7 water and electricity further enhances comfort. Security measures such as guards at the entrance and verification of individuals contribute to residents' safety. The friendly and cooperative nature of the people in the society fosters a pleasant community atmosphere. Overall, it seems like a great�place�to�live.
Things need improvement
One of the major drawbacks of the society is the lack of significant amenities. There is no swimming pool, the gym is too small, and the garden is just a small kids' play area. Other than these, no additional amenities are available. Additionally, there is no visitors' parking, making it difficult for guests, who often have to park outside�the�premises.

Good things here
I had a fantastic living experience! There were no power cuts to disrupt my daily routine, and the absence of seepage leakage ensured a clean and comfortable living space. The exemplary security measures provided me with peace of mind and a strong sense of safety. Additionally, the excellent connectivity of the area more than made up for it. Being well-connected made it easy for me to get around and access everything I needed. Overall, the positive aspects of the location, especially its connectivity and security, made my living experience truly enjoyable.
Things need improvement
However, I believe that adding a swimming pool could further enhance its appeal, especially considering how great the locality is. Taking steps to improve the society, such as adding a swimming pool, shows a commitment to ensuring that residents have access to desirable amenities. Although parking was limited in the society, addressing this concern could significantly improve the overall living experience for residents.

Good things here
The ventilation is great, and the plaster and fittings are of good quality. They have regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation, and we never have issues with electricity or water supply. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The elevators are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse. Parking is non-existent, which is a big inconvenience. The connectivity isn�t the best either, as public transport is hardly available. Additionally, the construction quality is quite average. Other than these issues, everything else is great.

Good things here
There's a strong sense of community with cultural celebrations bringing everyone together. They've also put rules in place for pets to keep things harmonious. The lifts are well looked after, and CCTV keeps us safe and secure.
Things need improvement
When it comes to connectivity, not having convenient public transportation options can be tough for residents, especially those who depend on it for their daily travels. Also, not having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse could be disappointing for residents who enjoy using these facilities for leisure and recreation.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The construction quality of the society is well to do, seepage and leakage issues are not faced.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available nearby the society. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Water supply issues are faced specially during summer season the water supply is a problem. People are not friendly and cooperative in the sociey.

Good things here
The society maintained good cleanliness, and nearby facilities such as the railway station, hospital, and school were readily available. The connectivity�was�also�good.
Things need improvement
Most of the flats in the society had seepage issues, and the construction quality was somewhat poor. The lack of power backup was also problematic for me. The roads were often in a deteriorated state.

Good things here
Overall it was great living experience in that society as such i did not faced any issues regarding anything and the society is quite peaceful to stay with the family.Connectivity is really good and eveything easily approachable,people over there are really good ,coperative and helpful.
Things need improvement
This was stand alone building and there are only few amenities available in the society and there is no swimmimg pool in the society.

The apartment is guarded by a passcode protected gate and it also offers security to the people. There is also a huge parking space and all basic amenities are available within 1 km of reach.

Metro connectivity is not good and the railway station is not located near the apartment. Water facilities are always available in the area and there is no traffic jam on the road.

It is a very beautiful and well-equipped complex that offers top facilities like entrance lobby, video door security, solar water heating and earthquake resistance too. The locality is clean and streets are well maintained.
