The construction quality is reportedly poor, which may lead to maintenance issues and concerns about the durability of the buildings over time. Residents have also highlighted parking issues as a significant challenge, with insufficient parking spaces causing inconvenience and frustration. These issues can detract from the overall comfort and convenience of living in the society, impacting residents' satisfaction with their living environment. Addressing these construction and parking challenges would greatly improve the quality of life for residents and enhance their overall experience in the housing society.

Good things here
Nearby amenities include Dmart and Vedanta, with a weekly bazaar held in the vicinity. However, the society lacks facilities such as a swimming pool or gym. Residents actively participate in events and contribute positively to the community. the property benefits from 24-hour water supply. There are two gates providing access to the main highway, ensuring good connectivity.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, visitor parking is not provided. Currently, there is an issue with seepage in the property. Power cuts are frequent, although efforts have been made to address this by installing a new transformer. Construction activities are ongoing nearby.

Good things here
The society is well-connected, with all forms of public transport readily available nearby. Maintenance is excellent, and I have no complaints about it. The construction quality is high, with no issues of seepage or leakage in the flats. The society offers all amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and park. The neighbors are very friendly and often celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
I like the society because it is well-maintained and located in a prime area, so I have not faced any issues so far. I don't think there is anything that needs improvement in the society.

Good things here
Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.All the modern amenities are present in the society and everything is fully functional.Society has high security system and proper garbage disposible system has been allocated in the society.Auto ,cabs are easily available in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society,good socialism.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities has been given for common areas ony.There seepage issues in the apartments,poor build quality.

Nearby are major markets, malls, shops, and other stores. People are free to roam around even at night because there are CCTV cameras installed and security guards on duty 24 hours a day. Easy availability of cabs, auto and bus services put it in a well-connected place.
