Competitive maintenance,it's positive when the maintenance of the society is competitive and meets or exceeds standards set by other societies. Connectivity to market and public transportation, Having easy access to both the market and public transportation simplifies daily tasks and commuting for residents. Lack of seepage or leakage,not experiencing these issues ensures a comfortable and worry-free living environment. Covered parking allotment,having covered parking spaces provides protection for vehicles and enhances convenience for residents. Good lift condition,well-maintained lifts ensure accessibility for residents, especially those living in higher floors.
Traffic and poor road conditions,dealing with traffic congestion and poor road conditions can be frustrating and may lead to longer commute times and vehicle wear and tear. Water crisis and tanker charges,having to pay out of pocket for tanker water due to a water crisis can be financially burdensome for residents.

The connectivity of the society is excellent now, although it was a bit lacking before as Ola and Uber weren't available initially. However, now all public transport options are easily accessible, and there's a nearby metro station as well. The roads within the society are well constructed. Additionally, all amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are available and well-maintained.
Overall, the society has decent maintenance. I faced a leakage problem once, but the committee promptly repaired it, and I haven't had any issues since. However, some residents are somewhat undisciplined as they don't follow the rules. My parking spot isn't well maintained, and the elevator sometimes works very slowly, causing significant delays. This is troublesome because frequent delays in waiting for the elevator become�problematic.

Garbage collection is done daily, ensuring the society remains clean and tidy. There's ample parking space, and the residents are cooperative, contributing to a harmonious community. All modern amenities are readily available and well-maintained, providing convenience to the residents. Water supply is consistent, available round the clock. Additionally, malls and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and auto-rickshaws are readily available for transportation needs.
There is a slight traffic issue around the society, which may cause minor delays for residents. Additionally, some flats are experiencing issues with leakage, seepage, and cracks on the walls, which may require attention and maintenance.

The maintenance here is top-notch, with everything handled promptly. The buildings are well-constructed, with no issues like leaks or seepage. There�s ample parking and dependable power backup. This is undoubtedly the best society in the area, providing a wide array of amenities.
I like the facilities and services here, and the amenities are good with friendly staff. However, the maintenance charges are too high. The fees are much higher compared to other societies nearby. It would be better if they lowered the costs to match what others charge.

The proximity to the main road ensures easy access to cabs and buses, making commuting effortless. The construction quality is excellent, and having amenities such as a gym, pool, and parking adds significant value to the community.
The maintenance in our society is not up to the mark. There are various areas where improvement is needed, such as regular cleaning schedules, timely repairs, and better upkeep of common areas.

Flats are open from 3 side so properly vantilation has been given. building has lots of open space inside the campus,so privacy and isolation is top notch. connectivity with local transport is top notch,school hospitals are at walkable distance. All the best to best of modern amenities has been given and everything is just fully functional. All the festivals are being celebrated and good crowd. spacious parking space for the owners.
Visitors parking has been given for 2 wheelers only and for 4 wheeler you have to park outside the campus area. Power back up connection has been given to common areas only.

Hum abhi 5 saal se reh rahe hain society mein, public transport like bus stop, Olb-uber , auto easily mil jaata hai. Garbage is collected & disposed on time ensuring cleanliness of society. Flats mein Ventilation accha hai. People are friendly & helpful in society.
There is no metro available nearby the society. Traffic rehta hai society ke around during peak hours. Maintenance charges are high. Seepage ka issue rehta hai, now we are used to do it, during rains zyada hota hai yeh seepage,leakage. Well maintained play area for kids is not there. Gym & swimming pool is there, but well maintained nahi hai and most of the time not operational rehta hai. Jacuzzi is there but not functional.

Location is good right next to school and the railway station and airport are also quite accessible from here. There are parks in the neighborhood along with shopping centres and more basic amenities. Project layout is impressive with ventilated apartments on offer for buyers.

The builder has pulled out all the stops for this project in one of Pune's most rapidly-developing zones. This will become major residential locality in the future as I am hopeful. Overall I am happy so far with my experience of investing in the project.

Majestique Venice is a good project that offers plenty of space and other amenities. If you are a health and fitness freak then you will end up investing in this project, since they are providing all the sports and fitness facilities along with indoor games as well. The Jacuzzi is a nice touch.
