Connectivity via cabs and bikes is easy within 5 minutes if you book through Ola or Rapido. The water facility is very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. The community is vibrant and multicultural, providing a pleasant living environment. The amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, basketball court, and park, all of which are well-maintained. Parking is convenient, accommodating both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers. There is also a separate visitors' parking area outside the gate, ensuring that guests have parking space available. The greenery in the society is well-maintained, enhancing the living environment. The society celebrates various festivals like Ram Navami, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Diwali, fostering a sense of community and joy. These celebrations take place in the central park, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all residents.
The construction quality is poor. We are the second tenants in this flat, and the kitchen slabs are fully cracked, with the cement peeling off from the ceilings. Maintenance charges are expensive, costing us 4000 rupees per month for the last six months. There is a significant mosquito problem in the society. While there have been increases in maintenance charges over the years, the maintenance itself remains inadequate.

Construction quality is satisfactory, ensuring good ventilation. The surrounding residents are friendly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
The rent in the society is steep, posing a challenge for potential tenants due to its high cost compared to other available options in the area.

Transportation is highly convenient with easily available cabs and auto-rickshaws. The estate benefits from reliable power backups. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of leaks or dampness, ensuring convenience. The estate boasts abundant greenery, adding to its appeal. Nearby hospitals provide convenient access during emergencies, and the availability of numerous schools nearby adds to the convenience for families. The community is known for its friendly and humble atmosphere, contributing to a welcoming environment.
The water quality in the estate has been very poor for the last 3-4 months. There is a noticeable bad smell in the water, particularly unpleasant for bathing and daily use. The recycling system in the estate has led to excessive rust buildup in the faucets. Additionally, there is pending re-piping needed in the buildings to address these issues effectively.

The cleaning service is highly efficient, maintaining cleanliness throughout the society.
Maintenance care expenses contribute significantly to the upkeep of facilities in the society, ensuring peace of mind for residents. However, connectivity is very poor, which makes access to cabs and data inconvenient. The traffic outside the society is manageable, and sidewalks are available for pedestrian safety.

Mainatainance charges in the society is reasonable in comparison to others in the neighbourhood .It has all the amenities like swimming pool,club house anad gym area and are in good condition.
Cabs and autos are not available outside of the society which is inconvienent. One has to look for one and Taxi apps also take a lot of time.

Regular maintaiinance of swimming pool i crucial to ensure clean water. A well maintained of parking area ina society is essential for convienence.
Maintaining of cleaning is not good in garden area. street lights are not working properly.

I moved out of this society, and during my time there, it had excellent amenities, there was a grocery store stocked with all the residents' needs, and vegetable vendors came every two days. Additionally, there was a clinic equipped with a medical store, and doctors made frequent visits. The society enjoyed good connectivity, being near the ORR, and within a 4km radius, there were several schools and banks. Maintenance facilities were top-notch, with electricians and plumbers readily available with just one phone call. The society boasted a 24/7 water supply and reliable power backup options. There was also a well-equipped playground and gaming facilities including a badminton court. The buildings were constructed with high-quality materials and excellent quality. There were diligent security guards stationed at all the blocks.
The society's surroundings are overly crowded due to the high number of families residing there, resulting in a non-peaceful environment. There are some occasional pipeline issues.
