As a tenant living in this society, the experience can be a mix of positives and negatives. The location is highly praised for its connectivity, with easy access to the metro, public transport, and markets. The society is well-equipped with amenities like gyms, parks, and shops within the premises, making it convenient for daily living. The security features such as guards and CCTV cameras provide a sense of safety. The gated community and proximity to local markets provide a sense of security and convenience. Additionally, the availability of backup power ensures uninterrupted living during electricity outages, and basic club facilities add to the lifestyle amenities.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with cleanliness in certain areas and maintenance services that are not up to par, which could be inconvenient for residents. Issues with bike parking and visitor parking maintenance may also cause hassle. Furthermore, ongoing construction of some towers could lead to disturbances in the area. and Noise levels from neighboring towers can be disruptive, and maintenance issues like broken elevators and water leakage during the rainy season have been reported.

Internal issues within the association, such as noise disturbances and political conflicts, can disrupt the peace of the community. Additionally, concerns about dog-related disturbances, poorly maintained parks, and basement water logging during the monsoon season are prevalent among residents. The faulty lifts and inadequate power backup, especially during peak summer times, further exacerbate the issues. Moreover, the non-operational swimming pool adds to the list of shortcomings, impacting residents' overall experience negatively.

The society's gated nature offers a sense of security for tenants, contributing to their peace of mind. While the construction quality is generally solid, some finishing touches may not meet residents' expectations. However, the society still provides essential amenities such as club facilities, a playground, and a gym, albeit with basic equipment. Having shops within the society premises adds to the convenience for residents, making daily tasks easier to manage.
Things need improvement
Living in this society, tenants might face some problems like noisy disputes among residents and political issues within the community. Additionally, there could be issues with dogs causing trouble, poorly maintained parks, and faulty elevators. During the rainy season, water accumulation in the basement could be a problem. Furthermore, there might be concerns about fire safety and power backup during busy times. Despite these issues, the society still offers an okay living experience.

The convenient connectivity to the highway and metro station to be a major plus. It made commuting much easier and saved a lot of time and hassle.
Things need improvement
Basic amenities like a grocery shop and Domino's pizza were available, but the club facilities were not satisfactory. Maintenance issues, such as non-functional lifts and water logging in the basement, were frequent. Despite a friendly social atmosphere with residents celebrating festivals together, noise problems due to association politics and stray dogs were noticeable. Overall, the society offered a decent living experience but had areas requiring improvement.

Love the greenery around and how easy it is to get onto the highway. Having shops nearby and security cameras for safety would be nice perks too.

There is traffic jams during busy times and sometimes having problems with things like parks not being kept up well, elevators not working right, or not having enough backup power might be frustrating. Overall, it's a friendly place.

Good things here
The connectivity to my society is excellent as public transport is easily available from outside, and I appreciate how well-maintained it is, kept very neat and clean.
Things need improvement
I personally find the construction quality in our society quite concerning. There are noticeable issues such as the plaster coming off the walls and frequent water leakage problems in many of the bathrooms.

Good things here
Hospitals, Schools are very nearby like 2-3 km. Market is very close. Construction quality is good. Everything is well maintained. No traffic issue here. The place is safe as CCTV cameras are there. The surrounding is clean.
