The management structure is good and the entrance gate is guarded by a passcode protection. Members of the apartment can feel safe here and the apartment also provides lift to multiple access.

The apartment has good infrastructure and offers some facilities like jogging track, gymnastic, swimming pool, wi fi connectivity and many more. This project is also earthquake resistant to avoid all the disaster.

The maintenance of the apartment is nice and the management gives attention to the healthy lifestyle of the people. Railway station is closest to the apartment but metro is not available nearby the location.

Akurdi railway station is quite nearby to the locality at a distance of 4.8 km. Shiv Sena, NCP and BJP are the major political parties in this region.
