Good things here

The Flat is 0n 7th floor. Neither too high nor too low. Comfortable to enjoy balconies. It is outer park facing , so privacy is assured. Flat is NEW, unused. Metro station is nearby, walking distance.

There are good people to engage with, the parks are clean and enjoyable with children playing safely, and there is a notable absence of violence in the society. Moreover, selecting a flat on the top floors of the building offers breathtaking views from your balcony every day.

Good things here

Good people to talk about everything and park are good and clean and kids are playing in the park and no violence in the society. What more? Umm the view from your balcony will breathtaking everyday if you select a flat from the top floors of the building.

These include high maintenance charges, slow response times for maintenance requests, and the need for exterior tower upkeep. Connectivity to metro stations and nearby markets has also been a common concern among residents. Furthermore, there have been complaints regarding poor construction quality, frequent seepage problems, and subpar plster and fittings within the society. Dissatisfaction has also been expressed regarding the lack of club facilities, restrictions on tenant use of amenities like swimming pools, and unfavorable interactions with security personnel.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are not faced, water quality is good. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced now in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Tennis court and walkway is available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is one of the high class society and the maintainance by RWA is top notch I feel.

On the downside, the gym equipment is lacking, and the swimming pool may not always be accessible. The security staff can be unwelcoming, and the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) imposes strict rules, making it difficult for tenants and visitors. There are concerns about high maintenance costs exceeding rent in some cases, and restrictions on certain amenities like the swimming pool for tenants.
