Good things here
The neighbors are nice, friendly, and humble, and there are no issues with tenants in the society. Connectivity is good with easily available public transport like autos and cabs. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation, and amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Elevators are installed, and there is consistent electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. The carpet area is good, and there is a well-maintained garden and play area.
Things need improvement
I miss the amenities that are common in most societies in this area, such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Other than that, everything else is good.

The construction quality of the society is excellent, showcasing top-notch materials and workmanship. Additionally, the maintenance team is generally efficient and responsive, ensuring the society is well-kept, particularly outside of festive periods.
Things need improvement
The society's connectivity is poor, with essential markets located far away. There are no amenities available, which significantly limits convenience and recreational options. Furthermore, the community is not very lively, with a noticeable lack of social engagement among residents.

The society has amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden. Cleaning is done well, and ventilation is good. In the morning, all public transport is easily available.
Things need improvement
In the evening, public transport like autos and rickshaws are not available. Festivals are not celebrated much. There are no grocery stores or markets near the society.
