One of the top society..... best location....best connectivity, best parks and leaving space. Best place to live. Highly recommend

Good things here

The society has excellent construction quality with no seepage or cracks, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities such as a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. There is good connectivity with easily accessible public transport like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. Schools and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and there is reliable electricity and water supply. The neighbors are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and maintained, and a security guard is available for safety.

There are notable issues with cleaning in the society, leading to unclean common areas. Additionally, problems with the water supply can be frustrating for residents. Insufficient parking space often causes inconvenience, making it difficult for residents to find a spot for their vehicles, which adds to the daily challenges.

Good things here

I find the society to be affordable. The maintenance of the society is quiet very good and the construction quality is also up to the mark. Even though only 2-wheelers are officially allowed in the parking, people park 4-wheelers without any issues. People of the society are also very friendly and cooperate with each other. Also gym, clubhouse and garden is available and well maintained.

Things need improvement

There are no autos, public transport, or metro access. There's no swimming pool, and the RWA doesn't function properly. Nobody listens to the residents, and decisions are taken directly by the committee members without discussion. A smart park was recently made without asking the residents, and now they are charging 100rs for it. The president has a 36% ownership in the project, which led to the contract being given to a favored builder.

Good things here

This is a great area! Hospitals, schools, and the local market are all within a 2-kilometer radius, which is very convenient. It's also an affordable society. Having a temple and parks within the society adds to its charm. Plus, there's both covered and open parking available. Additionally, the absence of pollution makes it a pleasant place to live.

The hospital, public transport, schools, and local transportation options are all within a 5 km radius. Basic amenities such as large lifts and CCTV cameras are provided. The construction quality is good and . There is ample parking space available, and the area is pleasant with lots of greenery.

AVL 36 is a recently constructed society on the road connecting Dwarka Expressway to NH8, before Manesar toll plaza. Inspite of being an affordable society, the construction quality of this project is very good. The project was delivered on time by the builder. More than 800 out of 1400 flats were occupied after 4 months of possession. The approaching road however, is odd as of now because the new Dwarka expressway is under construction for the last 8 moths and has been delayed due to covid-19.
