Good things here
. The facilities here are top-notch, and the security measures really put me at ease. It's super convenient having a mart right within the tower too.
Things need improvement
, there are some downsides too. I do encounter network problems in the area from time to time, which can be quite bothersome. Also, the traffic jams nearby occasionally hold up my commute to work, adding a bit of frustration.

Railway station and bus stand is near by the society,there is no traffic and water logging issues around the society. maintenance charges are reasonable according to the facilities they are offering. All the modern amenities are available like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc. Build quality is great as such there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. Allocated parking is available for owner and visitors.
Things need improvement
Roads ouside the society is of bad quality and there are many ditch around the society which is risky for the residents. power back up facilities are availabele for common areas only.
