Good things here
Mostly Marathi festivals are celebrated in the society. No issues regarding water , electricity supply . No issues regarding leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good connectivity with availability of cabs, autos and public transport .
Things need improvement
No amenities, like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park in the society which can be a issue for some people living there . There are too many mosquitos due to bad drainage system and nearby Musi river. Hygiene is not good in the society.

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available, there's ample parking including basement parking, there's no traffic, construction quality is good, flats are well-ventilated, there's no seepage, elevators are functional, there's plenty of greenery in the back open areas, the society is clean, and people are friendly.
Things need improvement
The gym is not well-furnished with broken or inadequate equipment, and the swimming pool area attracts potentially risky species like snakes, making it unsafe for swimming.

Good things here
Transportation is good, there's no traffic, construction is good, no seepage, flats are well-ventilated, maintenance and cleaning are good, and people are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Amenities are not great, with only common amenities that are not well-maintained, a very small play area, and a need for more facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and better play areas.

Within this community, crucial amenities are lacking, with just a modest play area for children's recreation, and regrettably, the pool is presently out of service.

In Hyderabad, attapur is a well-known location with schools and a nearby train station (Budwel and Undanagar) (shamshabad). Temples are only a few of minutes away from the colony.

The neighbourhood is quite quiet and serene. In close proximity to Attapur, it has bus stops, schools, and hospitals. Attapur has clean roads, and we can see nearby kirana stores and retail centres. We used to feel comfortable in this location because there were no water or electricity issues, and there were no traffic jams close by.

Large shopping centres including South India Shopping Mall, Ratnadeep, and others are also close by. Our surroundings are comfortable and humid. The neighbourhood is quite quiet and serene. In close proximity to Attapur, it has bus stops, schools, and hospitals. Roads in Attapur are in good condition.

Apartments are well-built, and the complex is well-kept. The houses are big and have good ventilation. Located in a fantastic location with excellent connectivity. However, there has been no maintenance of amenities such as a billiards room, gym, and pool for more than 3-4 years.
