It is close to malls, schools, markets, hospitals and well connected with NH 48 via Golf course extension Road. Commerical hubs are now shifting from city center to this part of the city. The locality is witnessing good economic activity with lot of business park nearby. The township is huge with amenities for all age groups. The clubhouse is large and well maintained swimming pool is right behind. The roads inside are well paved. The society has lot of parks, trees, kids play area. There is lot of space for children for sports. Proper street lights are installed. The society has 100% power back and there is enough parking space for each house.
The high maintenance costs and additional charges for painting are high. There is no metro station nearby. Have heard the it is planned for long time now leaving you with app based cabs as only option, if you prefer public transport. Major areas like MG Road and NH8 can result in longer travel times due to congestion on the extension road during peak hours.

The society is one of the finest in the area. Easily the open space would be more than 60% of the total society's area. There are some 1500 apartment across 12 - 13 towers. The 4 BHK have spacious master bedrooms and living area. There are 5 baconies attached to the apartment ensuring good ventilation and french windows and doors to ensure ventilation. The lobby area is well maintained with 15 feet ceiling with granite flooring. The lifts are spacious and fast. Talking about the amenities, it has one of the finest gym, installed some 18 months back with high end equipment and gym trainers. The Clubhouse has library and staff to ensure you have a smooth and hassle free experience during your leisure time. The space is neat and clean. The society has 100% powerback, which is a must due to frequent power cuts. The Open space is one the main USP of this society. The plants are exotic and well maintained. Jogging track are actual and not for namsake. The kids play area, tennis, basket ball grounds are regularly maintained. The Security is equipped with app based boom barriers and works 24x7. CCTV cameras as installed in all common areas.
There is sufficent parking space here but still people park their cars and bikes in front of tower gate. The maintenance is good but I feel it is very much premium, considering the amount more facilities should be added. Existing amenities like pool could be maintained more adequately. The strict vetting at the main gate sometimes create problem to the frequent visitors. The rental have increased insanely in last 1 year.

It is located close to IT hubs like Unitech, SPAZE business parks. There are hositals within 3 - 4 kms. Nirvana Coutyard Market is just 5 mins from here. It�s well connected to the city center via gold course extn road. Via Sector 50 road that will lead to Baktawar chawk to NH - 48. The society has all amenities in good conditions. The clubhouse located centrally has library, pool, indoor activity, a common hall, place to read book and work as per your convinince and is the first thing you will see when you enter the main gate. There is a decent size shopping complex inside the society for daily needs. The society is pet - friendly with various breeds can be seen during morning and late evenings. The open space is the beauty. Greenary every where in all sizes. The best part is that the space is well maintained. There are proper speed breakers to avoid rush driving.
Like other Unitech society this is well maintained but the maintenance chsrges are on higher side. The society has started showing sign of aging. Regular maintenance should be there, even for aread which are not visible. The seepage in the bathroom and store is quite visibile. The connectivity has improved but honestly it takes 40-45 mins to reach MG road and almost 2 hours to reach Airport. The railway station is also far. So would rate low on connectivity with the main landmarks in NCR.

The safety for kids and the array of society activities in the gated community are standout features. The proximity to schools, markets, and hospitals adds to the convenience. Plus, the luxurious architecture and lush green surroundings make it all the more appealing.
High maintenance costs and Connectivity with the city. Also, good schools are far from here. I have to commute every day for 90 minutes to and fro.

Society has a lot of open spaces, which is hard to get in today's time. It has a full football-cum-cricket ground inside the society itself. The gentry of the society is pretty homogeneous and a good percentage of residents are owners. Maintenance charges are pretty reasonable. It also is very approachable from the golf course road (hardly 500 mtrs) and also the noise and pollution because of the busy extension road is avoided because of this distance. Market like Nirvana Courtyard and BusinessZone are just adjacent. Safe and secure for kids. No parking issues.
Construction quality is average. The maintenance is OK, but could be improved for sure. Especially the outer facade could be repainted and patched more frequently. Swimming pool is small and mostly non-functional. Gym and club are somewhat old style and certainly need upliftment.
