I appreciate the excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. The society offers well-maintained amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. There is good connectivity, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the railway station nearby. The roads are in good condition, and each resident has designated parking with rules being followed. The neighbors are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. We've been living here for more than 8 years and enjoy regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Maintenance is taken very seriously, and our committee efficiently takes care of everything.

The roads are of good quality with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Additional amenities include table tennis, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children's play area, and a walking track. Maintenance is top-notch, with daily cleaning and garbage collection services. Moreover, the society provides 24/7 water and power supply, with smoothly functioning lifts.
Traffic issues in the society include congestion during peak hours, limited parking space, and occasional disruptions due to events or ongoing construction work.

Connectivity is excellent. It is close to all the essential facilities like book shops and supermarkets. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection services are also good and timely collection of waste is done everyday. Public transportation is available within 100 meters from the area, which is very convenient. Metro stations are available within 1-2 kilometers from the area. Hospitals are also about 1-2 kilometers away. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the vicinity. Maintenance charges are reasonable.
Maintenance team should be changed in the society. There is some power outage situations in the society. where the electricity is gone for long hours.

In our surroundings, there is abundant greenery and well-maintained plants. Connectivity-wise, there are bus stops, supermarkets, and ATMs within 2 km. The road quality is good with functional street lights. Ample resident parking space is available. Maintenance is timely, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. The lift functions well. Construction-wise, our flat has no leakage issues and offers good ventilation and sunlight in rooms. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, and community hall.
There is a lack of bus availability within the society, which inconveniences residents relying on public transportation for commuting and daily travel needs.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and the railway station all within a 1km to 1. 5km radius. Situated away from the highway, the environment is peaceful. Amenities such as a small grocery store, a clinic with pharmacy, a clubhouse, gyms, a swimming pool, and a play area are available. The construction, completed around 10 years ago, exhibits no seepage issues, and maintenance services like cleaning and water supply are satisfactory.
The only problem is that there is a railway crossing nearby. It inconveniences everyone because waiting for the train to pass is time-consuming.

There no leakage and seepage issues in the building, The society is well cleaned all the time and timely garbage collection. Neighbors are friendly and decent in the society. There is no leakage and seepage issue in the building. All the amenities are there in the society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse.
The connectivity is very poor public transport is very far from the society like auto, bus, rickshaw. The security staff is not very friendly they don't talk in decent manner . There are behavioral issue with them.

I appreciate the good maintenance of the society as it is new, ensuring there are no issues like cracks or seepage in my flat. The clubhouse amenities, including the swimming pool and playing area, are well-equipped and enjoyable. I was new there, so I didn't know much about the people in the society. I used to live there with my friends.
The transportation connectivity isn't great due to the railway line causing frequent closure of the gate, making access to the main road inconvenient.

There is no swimming pool in the society. Construction quality is not good. There are seepage issues in bathrooms. The builder is not done an thing what he promise.
