The lush green park nearby adds a refreshing touch to the neighborhood, enhancing its appeal. Inside the apartment, the premium ambiance elevates the living experience, while amenities like wardrobes, geysers, AC, and a modular kitchen ensure comfort and convenience for residents.

I think we need more management presence and more internet service options.

In terms of connectivity, the society seems to be situated in a developing area with commercial complexes, a 5-star hotel, restaurants, eateries, and a big sports academy nearby. This setup would offer convenience to the residents in terms of access to amenities and entertainment options.

Good things here
The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has taken over maintenance from the builder, leading to lower maintenance charges and better management. Community events are being organized, creating a more cohesive atmosphere within the society. Additionally, the surrounding area is developing well
Things need improvement
Construction quality and high maintenance charges. Issues with lifts, security, electricity dependency on generators, and water supply from tankers.

Good things here
The society has excellent amenities such as a club, gym, pool, sports facilities, and tight security. I am residing here for last 6 months, haven't faced any issues as such. The people here celebrated Ram Navmi Festival like anything.

Only a 4 BHK in namesake. The rooms are preety small. The lifts are slow and maintenance is high and water supply is a problem. Rent is high

The society also seems to have a well-maintained club, gym, pool, and football field, allowing residents to engage in various activities.
Things need improvement
On the downside, some residents have highlighted issues with the construction quality, maintenance charges, and overall maintenance of the property. Complaints about poor build quality, small room sizes, high maintenance charges, poorly maintained lifts, security issues, lack of regular electricity connection, dependence on generator backup, water supply from tankers, lack of sewage connection, and issues with garbage disposal have been raised by residents. These factors can significantly impact the quality of life for residents and create concerns about living in the society.

Getting around during peak hours can be a real headache due to the heavy congestion in the area. The public transport system doesn't always make things easier either. And though we've got a good variety of amenities around here, they could do with a bit more TLC in terms of maintenance.
