Good things here

Good things here

In terms of connectivity, the society seems to be situated in a developing area with commercial complexes, a 5-star hotel, restaurants, eateries, and a big sports academy nearby. This setup would offer convenience to the residents in terms of access to amenities and entertainment options.

The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has taken over maintenance from the builder, leading to lower maintenance charges and better management. Community events are being organized, creating a more cohesive atmosphere within the society. Additionally, the surrounding area is developing well

Good things here

The society has excellent amenities such as a club, gym, pool, sports facilities, and tight security. I am residing here for last 6 months, haven't faced any issues as such. The people here celebrated Ram Navmi Festival like anything.

Only a 4 BHK in namesake. The rooms are preety small. The lifts are slow and maintenance is high and water supply is a problem. Rent is high

Complaints about poor build quality, small room sizes, high maintenance charges, poorly maintained lifts, security issues, lack of regular electricity connection, dependence on generator backup, water supply from tankers, lack of sewage connection, and issues with garbage disposal have been raised by residents. These factors can significantly impact the quality of life for residents and create concerns about living in the society.
