Nice society everything you need is within a 500-meter radius�schools, hospitals, a market, and even nice parks. It sounds like a really great location to live in!
This society is situated very close to the highway, but it doesn't offer amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool. Additionally, there might be concerns about noise and air pollution due to its proximity to the highway.

The location is quite safe at night, so can take a walk around. Moreover, i liked the spacious area in every room and the balcony which gives a good view. I am waiting to get the possession.

I liked the overall project. Although i am still to get the possession, but amenities offered are great. Children play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, intercom, garden, 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, indoor games and many more are in the complex.

I bought 1BHK flat on 20th floor and the interior work is on. The quality of the construction is pretty good, but the management service isn't great. I have to wait to get response on stamp duty and other ownership facilities

The quality of the construction is really good. Everything in close distance from metro station and to railway station, highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- names something and it is there in posh locality.

Sahajanand Athena is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location of Mumbai, as the area is quite and no traffic around, so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind! Construction still going on so dust and noise is there but overall mobile network is good and peaceful ambiance with greens and open space all around you.
