Good things here

Security is excellent with CCTV cameras installed at key locations. Public transport is readily available, and the airport is conveniently close to the society. Indoor games, a library, and a gym are available within the society, along with pool facilities. Schools, hospitals, and the railway station are all within a short distance, approximately 1 km away. The surrounding area is clean despite being a commercial area.

Things need improvement

In the evening, there is a slight traffic jam, and the street lights are inadequate. There is no designated walking area, and the society is considered expensive. The swimming pool for kids is not well maintained. The roads near the project, particularly the road in front of the gate, are not well maintained and are unpaved. The market is not nearby Sethia Grandeur, and there are no shops within the building. Visitor parking is limited within the society.

Good things here

Designated parking for each resident ensures convenience. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is a plus. There's a swimming pool, and the neighbors are humble and decent. Security is strong with CCTV cameras and a security guard.

Things need improvement

There�s no market nearby, which can be inconvenient. The apartment has painting issues, and there are seepage and leakage problems that need waterproofing. The plumbing is also not proper, although issues are resolved quickly. The swimming pool has a leakage problem that hasn't been addressed despite being raised in the RWA meeting. An EV charging station would also be a valuable addition.

Good things here

The connection to buses, taxis, and cars is good. Regular cleaning and effective rubbish collection ensure that maintenance is well-managed. Overall, the facility is kept in good shape, and the elevators operate smoothly. Because of the structures excellent ventilation and natural light, the interiors are light and spacious. Everyone can enjoy the society's large park, lovely garden, entertaining kids play area, spotless swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and social activity clubs. The neighborhood has nice, amiable residents.

The lack of parking spaces poses a challenge for those who own automobiles. There are seepage problems that need to be resolved even though there is a leaking problem.

Good things here

Auto cabs were easily available near by the society. Build quality is great no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. High security system and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society. crowd of the people is good,friendly and kind.

Society is bit inside from the main road and even though there is shamshan bhoomi near by the society so atmosphere is bit smelly there. this is small building and does not consist of any of the amenities in the society even parking space is not there,public transport like railway station is far away from the society.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transportations are easily available, nearby auto and buses are available just outside the gate of the society. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. No such seepage or leakage issues are faced in the society, the construction quality of the society is very good. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative in the society.

The society was a bit costly. Amenities like gym swimmingpool, club house is available but it's very small. One room was converted into gym which is very small.

Good things here

Auto rickshaws are readily available near the society. We have access to water 24/7. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The people are very friendly, and we celebrate all festivals together. Issues are resolved promptly. I have basement parking, so I don't face any parking issues. Maintenance charges are normal, and issues are resolved quickly.

Things need improvement

There is no parking available for visitors in the society. The cleanliness is not well maintained, and there is a slight issue with leakage and seepage.
