The construction quality of the walls is excellent, ensuring durability and stability. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, offering a comfortable living environment. The people in the surrounding community are friendly and cooperative, fostering a sense of belonging and unity. We come together to celebrate various festivals, strengthening our bonds. Maintenance of the society is top-notch, with garbage collection done every morning and thorough cleaning routines in place. The lift functions properly, ensuring convenience for residents. There are no issues with water or power cuts, providing uninterrupted services. Connectivity is outstanding, with a bus stop, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, shopping malls, all within a 1 km radius. The road quality is excellent, facilitating smooth travel, and street lights are in proper working order, ensuring safety at night. There are ample parking spaces available for residents and visitors. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, community hall, and kids' play area are provided, catering to the diverse needs of the residents. Walking around the area is pleasant and safe.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion is a common issue within the society, causing delays and inconvenience for residents due to inadequate road infrastructure and increased vehicle volume.

The connectivity to the society is very good as public transport is easily avaliable around the society and metro station is also near school, hospital, college and markets all within the radius of 3 to 5 km. The construction quality was good and the people are also very good
Things need improvement
The construction quality is good but could be better and all the necesary amneties are present but if there was kids play area or something like that could much better

Prestige Lake Ridge killed me with the view! The view is fantastic! The building looks luxuriously laid out high-rise homes set in 12 towers of 17 & 18 floors, with a spectrum of sizes and configurations, so you can choose a home that suits you the most. Everything you want you to get on this project. The quality of construction and interior is amazing till now. Everything in this region is upscale from a wide road and the level of security to cellular tower networks and social infrastructure. I mean you have the most exclusive area of Bengaluru nearby along with restaurants, shops, malls, schools, and the best hospitals.
