Absence of stray dog issues enhances the overall cleanliness and safety of the society. Availability of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. Friendly and cooperative community atmosphere fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.
The small size of the playground and park may limit recreational opportunities for residents, especially children. The water and electricity supplies are dependable, and the elevators are erected and maintained properly. There are markets, hospitals, and schools close by, and the roads are in decent shape. Buses, cars, and taxis are among the readily available public transportation choices in the society, providing excellent connectivity. Residents can park in allocated spaces, and regular waste collection occurs. We've lived here for a while, and the neighbors are cordial. Safety is ensured by security guards and CCTV cameras. There are no termite, seepage, or leakage problems, and the building is of outstanding quality with adequate ventilation. There are available and well-maintained amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, garden, and play area.
All residents can live comfortably because everything is well-maintained, from the amenities to the cleanliness. Because the civilization is so well-maintained, there are no dislikes. All complaints are swiftly resolved by the administration, which keeps everyone happy.

Public transport such as autos, buses, and metro was easily available near the society. Shops and markets were also conveniently located. Connectivity was excellent with no issues.
However, there were significant problems with parking as the area was insufficient, causing a lot of difficulty for residents . Maintenance was a major concern , Despite paying maintenance charges, services were not provided adequately. Garbage collection was irregular, and maintenance of facilities like lifts and CCTV cameras was neglected. Amenities were available in name only; for example, the swimming pool and play area were not properly maintained and often dirty. The overall construction quality was also disappointing, with issues like leakage. Due to these numerous issues, I decided to sell my flat. It was a very disappointing and painful experience living there due to the many difficulties faced. .

Transportation connectivity is good with easy availability of cab services. The metro station is at a walking distance. Hospitals and schools are also available nearby. Maintenance is fine with proper cleaning and timely disposal of waste and garbage.
The construction quality is average because the materials used were not of good quality. This is a common issue, as builders often fail to fulfill their promise of delivering high-quality construction.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory. Amenities like gym, play area, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Residents are friendly and cooperative. There are no traffic issues near the society.
The overall maintenance quality is not good. Paintings are not done on time. Roads are not constructed properly and must be improved. Construction quality is also poor.
