Good things here
The society enjoys a favorable location, with excellent connectivity facilitated by the easy availability of various public transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, buses, rickshaws, and cabs. Hygiene standards are diligently upheld within the society, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for all residents. Timely garbage collection and pest control measures are implemented. The presence of security guards and properly installed CCTV cameras enhances safety and security measures within the society. . Both elevators and CCTV systems are meticulously maintained. The neighbors within the society are known for their friendly, educated, and cooperative demeanor. A wide range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, club house, and parks are available within the society, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of residents.
Things need improvement
The walls within the society are notably weak, and residents frequently encounter damp issues, indicating poor construction quality. Seepage and leakage problems are prevalent, particularly in kitchen areas, highlighting the inadequacies in construction and waterproofing. Residents are burdened with addressing internal issues themselves, as the society fails to take responsibility for resolving such matters.

The society offers a wide range of basic amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, garden, and park, all of which are not only available but also well-maintained. The connectivity of the society is particularly impressive. Public transportation options like autos, buses, and cabs are easily accessible right outside the society, and there's even a nearby metro station, enhancing convenience for residents. Furthermore, the proximity of markets, schools, and hospitals adds to the overall connectivity of the area, making essential services easily accessible. I'm pleased to note that garbage collection is done on time, and the society maintains a high standard of cleanliness, contributing to a pleasant living environment for everyone.
Things need improvement
I've noticed a discrepancy in the construction quality within our society. While the front three towers seem well-constructed, the condition of the six towers at the back is not satisfactory. It appears that lower-quality materials were used in their construction. Additionally, the roads inside the society are in poor condition and require maintenance. This can be inconvenient for residents and affects the overall appearance and functionality of the community. I've found the people in our society to be friendly and cooperative. However, it's worth noting that our society is not particularly pet-friendly, as most residents do not prefer pets.

Good things here
It's great to have autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs readily available right outside the society. Being close to market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants makes daily errands much easier. I'm grateful that our society is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, with timely garbage collection services. It really contributes to a pleasant living environment. And having friendly and cooperative neighbors makes it feel like a real community. I'm also relieved that we don't have any pet-related or street dog issues to worry about, and that our rooms are well-ventilated. Plus, the consistent water supply and minimal electricity issues make life much smoother. nd the presence of security measures like CCTV and security guards adds an extra layer of safety. Having amenities like a gym, park, club house, and play area for kids right here in the society is incredibly convenient and adds to our quality of life.
Things need improvement
The green area is limited, and the swimming pool is smaller than ideal. Additionally, there are some seepage issues, but I'm glad to hear that they're addressed and maintained in a timely manner.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained and conveniently located, with easy access to all essential amenities nearby. Residents appreciate having grocery stores and schools within reach, and public transportation is reliable for commuters. The community is known for its friendly and supportive atmosphere, often coming together to celebrate festivals like Holi, Diwali, Durga Puja, and New Year. Parking is ample for residents with cars, making it convenient for them to move around. There are no issues with seepage, and there's even a park for children to enjoy.
Things need improvement
It sounds like there were some issues with the society, especially regarding connectivity and the lack of amenities. Connectivity wasn't always smooth, and residents faced difficulties at times.

Good things here
The society has it all - markets, malls, supermarkets, salons, and more. The residents are very friendly, and there's power backup available as well.
Things need improvement
To reach the metro, you'll need to travel at least 5 km away, and for the railway, it's a minimum of 15 km.

The connectivity of the society is very good. The surrounding roads are very well maintained. There is no traffic around�the�Society.

Construction quality is a bit poor as there is some problem of leakage during�rainy�season.

I had a wonderful time at Dhoot Time Residency. The apartments are large and well-kept. The facilities, which include a gym and a swimming pool, are excellent. A fantastic option for a luxurious stay.

I like this society. The guards here are quite courteous and helpful. Maintenance staff act quickly. It features an outstanding clubhouse with a great gym, badminton court, and other amenities. There is a separate play area for children. All utility stores, such as groceries, electrician, hairdresser, and drycleaner, are located on campus. Paras Trinity, a tiny shopping complex with a few offices, provides virtually everything you need, including stationary shops, bakery, organic cereals, dry cleaners, sham emporium (all home décor goods), a slew of salons and pharmacies, Barista, Subway, and a couple of eateries.

Dhoot Time Residency exceeded all of my expectations. The ambiance is refined, and the rooms are tastefully furnished. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and provides prompt service. A fantastic place to stay in Gurgaon.
