We're proud to offer a variety of amenities including a community hall, tennis court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, table tennis, and basketball court. Our area is free from pollution, and the residents are known for their education and friendliness.
Things need improvement
Well-maintained infrastructure, the road quality outside leaves much to be desired. Potholes and uneven surfaces make travel challenging, posing difficulties for both residents and visitors alike.

There are around 50 trees in the surroundings, providing a pleasant environment. Additionally, there is a 10-20 meter gap between the wall boundary on all four sides, ensuring ample space. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop 100 meters away and cabs available within 500 meters. Schools and shopping malls are also nearby. Farmers bring vegetables twice a week. There are 15-20 housekeeping staff members who maintain cleanliness diligently, with garbage collection done every morning. Lift maintenance is good, and amenities include a lawn tennis court, basketball court, garden, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Overall, the construction quality is commendable.
