The society offers ample amenities for recreation, including a gym for fitness enthusiasts, a clubhouse with various indoor games, and a swimming pool that is regularly cleaned. Each resident is provided with designated parking, and there is a reliable supply of electricity and water with backup systems in place. The elevators are well-maintained, and security is ensured with CCTV cameras and security guards. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation helps keep the community clean.
The connectivity could be better, as we often have to wait a long time for autorickshaws. While Ola and Uber are available, they can be quite expensive. There is also an issue with waterlogging both inside and outside the society, especially during the monsoon season. The construction quality isn't perfect, with seepage issues that persist despite ongoing repairs. Additionally, the neighbors aren't very friendly and often engage in mischievous activities, which is quite bothersome.

The construction quality is top-notch since the building is relatively new, just three years old. Everything's in tip-top shape. Water facilities stand out, even compared to other apartments. Getting around is a breeze, especially with backup power. Plus, we've got all the amenities covered - swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis, and a play area for the kids, all well-kept. The area is great, and maintenance fees are reasonable at around 2. 75 rupees per square foot for 200 flats. Water charges are an additional 1200. Parking's a breeze too, with plenty of room for everyone.
Getting to public transportation is a bit of a trek, about 2 kilometers away, which isn't the most convenient. The nearest metro station is even farther, around 4 kilometers, so that's not ideal either. Plus, there are only four buses running, and they're not very frequent. Waiting times can stretch to 1 to 2 hours, which is definitely a hassle.

Pyramid Bilberry is the best option for middle-class families. The builder is trustworthy and they ensure good quality construction in the North Bangalore area. The society is also nice and the location connects the city. The rooms are spacious and a temple is constructed too. Amenities are good and maintenance is also low.

I had booked a flat in Pyramid Bilberry and I am disappointed with the service. I had invested a huge amount and it feels like the builder has cheated. They have made fake promises and the apartment is totally not worth the money. The quality is poor and the location is remote. This project is totally not budget-friendly and it misguides the residents.

I had invested in Pyramid Bilberry and I totally regret it. The location is remote and there are no houses nearby. No proper transportation is there. The apartments are very expensive the quality of the construction is worst. The residential project is not worth the money as the builder has made false commitments. I would request everyone to check other projects

I own an apartment here and I am impressed by the work of the builder. Society is peaceful and calm. The amenities provided are excellent and there is no such issue. The transportation is also fine. The construction is done at a very affordable price. Pyramid Bilberry has done a great job and the project is recommendable.

Pyramid Bilberry is ready to move project to Bangalore. The project offers high-quality amenities to the residents. I got a 2BHK apartment and I am impressed with the floor planning. The location is well connected to other parts of the city by road. Prominent shopping malls, schools, hospitals, colleges are present in close proximity
