there is ample parking space. there is multiple parks for playing the children. its a very good area.

Things need improvement

There are frequesnt light cuts and there is very traffic jams on the road so pollution is high there.

I was looking for a premium flat and I booked a 3BHK apartment in Phoenix One. This is one of the top-class projects in West Bangalore. I am very happy with the location as it connects Rajajinagar Metro Station, Bangalore International Airport with Manjunath Nagar Flyover. Apart from all these, famous tourist attractions like ISKON temple, Bangalore palace are nearby. The ready to move project is totally budget-friendly surrounded by a lush green complex. The quality of the construction is better than any other project.

It is one of the biggest projects by Phoenix Mills Ltd. The location of the project is in the west of Bangalore which is connected to the heart of the city. The area is excellent as it offers an ample inventory of premium apartments with luxury amenities. The society has all the facilities from cleaning to security are excellent. There are well-maintained clubs, spacious grounds, shops within society, gym, swimming pool, parking space and lot more. The quality of the construction is outstanding. It is one of the best societies I have invested in and I am happy with that.

Phoenix One is offering Ready to move apartments of 2 BHK 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations. I bought a 2BHK flat. The rooms are specials with an excellent view from the balcony makes it heavenly. The society is well developed and well connected with roadways, airports and railways. Everything from amenities, facilities to infrastructure is high class and well maintained. The apartments are a bit expensive according to me and the maintenance charges are higher. Again, traffic congestion occurs during peak hours. The parking area has limited space too. During the rainy season, the sewage treatment sometimes gets worse. Apart from all these, Phoenix one is one of the good projects in this area.

Phoenix one has become one of my dream residential complexes to live in. The excellent amenities and facilities include a gym, laundry, swimming pool, aerobics centre, business lounge, parking, Wi-Fi connectivity, library, elevators and a lot more. The society is well maintained with high-class infrastructure. Reputed schools, malls, health care centres are well connected with the residential complex. I love the complex connects flyovers and highways which made our transportation easier. Phoenix one is one of the best trustworthy builders that has won the best residential and Asia Pacific Property Awards. I really feel like home here.
