Good things here
Mall and restuarant are nearby to the society. The maintenance done month in a while. There is no issue regarding water in society. Lift is also available in society.

Everything is outstanding in society. The rarely issue regarding street animals in society.

Facilities like gym, swimming pool , clubhouse sare easily available hai . log bhi achhe the sab co-operative hai .

Roads thoda patli hai , water ka quality kharab hai thoda , water quality improve hona chahiye . electricty charge bohot costly hota hai . seepage ke dikkat bhi hota hai kabhi kabhi .

Good things here
Cabs and autos were available near the society. The people of the society were reaaly understanding and help each other whenever it was required. CCTV cameras were installed.
Things need improvement
The society has a lot of stray dogs roamong around the society and it becomes really dangerous for the children as the dogs even bite sometimes.

There is a small market just outside the society we get everything there connectivity and construction quality of the society is up to mark.

There are a lot of street dogs in the society. there is a problem as jo gate hai chhota vaala to go to the market uspe baar baar entry karni padti hai there is no card system there which should be there atleast for the residents.

Well-budgeted flats with a nice quality of construction best flats. It has good main road connectivity for all basic needs easy access to all amenities and facilities good project with good connectivity. There are some really appealing amenities including, private terrace, swimming pool, park, jogging track, club house, etc.

The area is overall safe with some water accumulation in the monsoon. The project is still being developed so some noise and all. The mobile tower network is good here and residents welcome you with a smile. Overall, I found this project worth the investment. Coming to the office is also easy for me.

The build quality is good with the best fittings and fixtures. There is so much greenery as well as open space; You would prefer to use the walking or jogging track here. Then there is a good security feature and there is full power backup so that there is no power problem.
