DLF Regal Garden impresses with its excellent connectivity, scoring well in this area. Residents benefit from easy access to major roads and public transport options, ensuring convenient travel and commuting. The construction quality is also noteworthy, earning a high rating. The buildings are well-constructed, providing a sturdy and comfortable living environment for residents. Additionally, the society offers good amenities, enhancing the quality of life for its residents. These amenities cater to various needs and contribute positively to the overall convenience and enjoyment of living in DLF Regal Garden. Furthermore, the social life within the community is vibrant, fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where residents can engage in social activities and build meaningful connections with their neighbors.
Poor security staff , they don't want know how to handle visitors. It used to be very nice , a year back but now the situation is different. Society is not very well mantained as comparef to other sobha cluster properties. Layout is also average of the flat. Amenities are operational but not upto sobha standards. Price is on a very high side looking at the other consideration Location is bit inside so it gets difficult to reach at times.

The location and the amenities in the society are good. It is very close to the Dwarka Expressway that helps to quickly reach destinations like Cyber Hub and Medanta Hospital. The construction quality of a DLF project is always great and there is no problems in terms of seepage etc. There are social events and gatherings too and schools like St. Xavier's and DPS are in the radius of 5 kms only. This society is also quite close to malls like Sapphire 90 and lot of food joints are close by (Social Sector 85, Starbucks etc. )
The one thing that has decent scope of improvement is the facility services and the TAT for closure of issues. Currently the facility provider is CBRE however they have very lesser scope of work that they can pick up which leads to a lot of delays and impacts the consumer experience too. Another thing which they can improve is the cleanliness in some of the club facilities like swimming pool.

I really like that the market is within a 10-minute walking distance, and only 2 minutes by car. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation is convenient. We have elevators that are installed and maintained, along with 24/7 electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. There's proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
While the neighbors are good, they are often busy with their own lives, so there isn't much interaction. Sometimes, pet owners can cause disturbances for others in the area.

This neighborhood is in a great spot�it's close to hospitals, schools, and a local market, all within a 5-kilometer distance. Plus, it has cool stuff like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and a fun play area for kids. And don't worry about parking; there's plenty of covered parking available. Overall, it's a really comfortable and convenient place to live!

The hospital is just 2 kilometers away, and all essential amenities are available nearby. The local market is within walking distance, and the area offers facilities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym. Plus, there's minimal pollution in the vicinity.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is good with CCTVs being installed. No seepage and leakage issues exist making the construction quality good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents are friendly and cooperative. The environment is pet friendly too. Gardens are also available.
The society provides all basic amenities, thus, it's difficult to identify any possible dislikes

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is very beautifully maintained and the society looks very luxurious.

All the facilities like club house,gym,swiming pool,parking area all are there. very good society ,clean and hygenic.
No public transport is avialable on night time, also day time . grocery , saloon shop is not avialable inside the society.

Connectivity accha hai society ka, aas paas mein sab cheezein available hain. Lifts hain society mein. Power back up bhi hai. Balcony hai society flats mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks sab available hai. Neighbours bhi bohot acche hain.
Society ka maintenance theek nahi hai, painting ka issue hai, saaf safai us level pe nahi hoti hai jaise pehle hoti thi. Maintenance charges poora le rahe hain, lekin us level ki service nahi de rahe hain. Thoda bohot seepage ka issue hota hai.
