Maintenance of the society is also commendable, with common areas being regularly cleaned, ensuring a reliable water supply, power backup options, and well-maintained elevators undergoing monthly checkups. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is excellent, with regular painting every 5 years and no issues of leakage. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool are also well-maintained. The society is well-connected as schools, supermarkets, and shopping malls are easily accessible within a 500-meter radius for the residents.
Mosquito problems are a major issue in this community because the nearby drainage is consistently unclean.

Everything in the society is generally good. It's just that the maintenance and issue resolution process could use some improvement.

Residents have a three-layer security setup. The metro station is conveniently close, and local transport is easily accessible. There's 24/7 water and electricity supply. The society is right next to the Western Express Highway, which is a plus. They've got a clubhouse, kids' park, gym, open areas, and a garden – basically, all amenities are covered. Plus, they celebrate every Indian festival in the society.
Tenants need to pay an additional 1500 for gym access in the society. The construction is from 2010, leading to some leakage and seepage issues. The local railway station is a bit far from the society.

The society is very well connected through the public transport and there is a metro station within walking distance and school and hospital is within 2km radius.
The construction quality is not the best but could have been if the material used was good then there would be no leeakage or seepage on the walls.

Society is near sector 53 metro station, hence the cab and public transportation is easily accessible. There is enough parking space for the residents. No water supply issue, drainage is also on point.
The major issue is from security guards, they treat the guests and people who are new to the society very rudely. No gym or swimming pool in the society,

Maintenance of the society is very well taken care of by the workers itself, with any issue they come and fix it quickly. There is enough parking space alloted to the people. No seepage issue are faced by the society members. People of the society are friendlsya nd kind to help as and when needed,
The only thing that is missing in the society is a club house, it would be so much better if a clubhouse is there where the events will be celebrated nicely and meetings would be held accordingly

Cabs couldn't come to my society because there were two roads leading to that area. One was shorter but broken, while the other was longer but functional. Google Maps often directed drivers to the broken road, causing them to get stuck. Power cuts were also an issue in the main society area. The three towers at the back had lower rent but faced more electricity problems, sometimes leading to short circuits affecting the entire society. During the summer, there were a couple of days when the power didn't come, although usually it did, but the backup wasn't reliable at that time. There was some seepage issue in the flats, especially in the plain walls after rain, where the paint would peel off. People didn't interact much there, especially with bachelors.
The society is quite large, with the main road about 1 kilometer away. There were lifts and parking available in the society, and the amenities were good too. Most of the residents in the society were families.
