Good things here
Transportation options such as auto, bus, and metro were easily available nearby. Connectivity was satisfactory. Market areas include Aditya Mall, which is quite close, and there is also a Friday market. Maintenance ensures proper cleanliness and hygiene. The construction quality was good, with no seepage or leakage issues. Paintings were completed on time.
Things need improvement
Facilities like gym clubs were not available, and there were water logging issues during rainy seasons. The generator, which was present before, got damaged and has not been replaced

Good things here
Society is near the main road so accessibility to public transport is on point. Cabs are easily available. celebration of events and festivals are solid 5 ratings.
Things need improvement
Severe issue with seepage in the flats, there is no swimming pool and gym in the society. Apart from seepage issues in the walls, there is no such trouble in the society

Good things here
Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity is good around the society. There are local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available nearby the society. society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Festivals, activities and culturral events are celebrated very nicely in the society, people in the society are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There are some amenities missing in the society like gym, swimmingpool, salon are not available in the society. Sometimes seepage issues are seen in the appartments but it's managable, the construction quality is average. Parking issues happens a lot in the society, that is one of my concern. It's underground parking and water logging happens in that area which is a big issue.
