Good things here
Within a 2 km radius, the apartment is located near hospitals, shopping malls, beauty parlors, buses, and supermarkets. Daily cleaning of floors, a gym, park, swimming pool, and spacious children's play areas are available.
Things need improvement
There are leakage issues on the 2nd floor of the building in their society, causing concerns among residents and requiring prompt attention to prevent further damage.

Good things here
The society is exemplary in maintaining the cleanliness of roads, open areas, and common spaces, ensuring a well-kept and aesthetically pleasing environment for all residents.
Things need improvement
In this society, while all the facilities are excellent, the location is somewhat distant from the main city, resulting in the absence of malls, banks, and proximity to a metro station.

Good things here
Located on the Hafeezpet road neat Hi Tech City. This is a nice society with well maintained in-roads. Each villa has green areas and trees planted in orderly fashion. Amenities like clubhouse, kids play area, swimminh pool, well maintained gym and sufficent space for parking vehicles within 10-20 feets from the main door. There is regular maintainces in the society. People are soft spoken and cooperative. There are events happening in the society round the year.
Things need improvement
Maintaning of lift is not up to a standard. The approach road is not well maintained.
