I've noticed some concerns with the poor road conditions in the nearby areas, which can be inconvenient at times. The occasional misbehavior of guards towards delivery personnel is also a notable concern that requires attention. Additionally, the intermittent issues with the lifts not functioning properly can be frustrating for residents. Despite these drawbacks, the positives of the society, such as its amenities and overall atmosphere, make it a desirable place to live.

Elevators are installed in the society premises. The neighbourhood was quite friendly and cooperative. They celebrated all festivals and events together.
Transport connectivity near the society was very poor as metro stations, cabs and autos were not available nearby. CCTVs were not installed in lifts. Construction quality was poor with seepage issues in every building.

All amenities facilities including parks, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available, and maintenance was always done promptly. Connectivity was excellent with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The roads were�well-built.
The construction quality of Chintels Paradiso Society was found to be inadequate, as demonstrated by a devastating event wherein the roof of the sixth floor collapsed, causing severe damage to the first floor and tragically resulting in the loss of 2-3 lives. This incident served as a stark reminder of the critical importance of ensuring robust construction standards and safety measures in residential buildings. In the aftermath of this tragic occurrence, there was a palpable sense of shock and concern among the residents. The incident raised serious questions about the integrity of the building's structure and the efficacy of its safety protocols. Many residents, including myself, were compelled to reevaluate our decision to continue living in the society amidst such glaring safety hazards. Ultimately, for the safety and well-being of myself and my loved ones, I made the difficult decision to leave society. It was a necessary step to prioritize personal safety and seek alternative accommodation where construction quality and safety standards were assured. This unfortunate event underscored the importance of stringent regulations and diligent oversight in the construction and maintenance of residential properties to prevent such tragedies�in�the�future.

The connectivity is very good, public transports and cabs are easily available around the society roads are made properly and they are wide water supply is good, no water logging issue faced. electricity supply was 24/7. the maintainance fee is average and affordable. The society has got good facilities like gym, club house,and also outdoor facilities like basketball, tennis court are available parking is also available inside the society,it has got a lot of open space and garden is available.
The main road is far and is not connected directly with the society. Electricity is charged according to DG which varried between 22 to 30 ruppess per unit. At night it runs on DG Construction quality is not at all good, it's pathetic, lot of breakage and seapage issue is faced, Poor plaster quality used, termites and cracks were seen on the walls of the society. balcony plasters also were also not good it came off easily.

No nearby markets,malls,hospital so connectivity is very poor. autos,public transport are not easy to catch.
