Good things here
There are no issues with the power supply, and the building doesn't suffer from seepage or leakage problems. However, amenities like a swimming pool, gym area, or clubhouse are not available. While their absence might lead to lower maintenance costs or quieter surroundings, some residents may miss having these facilities.
Things need improvement
The lack of proper garbage collection leads to litter accumulating outside the society, blocking the entrance and causing inconvenience for residents. Events held in open areas often result in chaos and disturbance, disrupting the peace of the residents. Additionally, unfulfilled promises by the builder, such as the amenities promised like a swimming pool, gym area, and clubhouse, have not been delivered, leading to disappointment among residents.

Good things here
There are no issues with the power supply, and the building is free from seepage issues. Each flat has allocated parking, with options to purchase additional spaces if needed. Working lifts and CCTV cameras are functional, enhancing safety within the premises. Additionally, the area enjoys great connectivity, making it convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
The clubhouse construction has been delayed, causing inconvenience to residents as it has been ongoing for quite some time. Similarly, the swimming pool construction has also faced delays, with it still not completed despite being under construction for five years. This prolonged construction period may be frustrating for residents eagerly awaiting its completion.

Good things here
As a former resident it was decent and Quiet society to stay in Andheri East region. It had basic connectivity to eastern and western express roadways. Schools and Colleges are close by with lot of food option with restaurants and stalls. Huge parks for kids, enormous running track, many blocks were loaded with a lot of greenery
Things need improvement
The monthly maintenance fees are extremely high, yet the amenities are subpar. The gym and community hall are underground with no natural light or fresh air. There hasn't been a swimming pool for over a decade. Street Dogs roaming around which is very dangerous for kids.

Good things here
In the society, there are facilities available such as a metro station and all local transport options. There are no issues with leakage. Apps are used for security purposes. The people in the society are very nice. There is parking available for visitors. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are present, and hygiene is properly maintained.
Things need improvement
The society is situated at a considerable distance from nearby markets, which can sometimes inconvenience residents needing quick access to shopping and other amenities. Additionally, one notable absence in the society's facilities is a swimming pool.

Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Everything is available within 15 to 20mins away from the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. gym, club house, play area are available in the society in amenities. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it.
Things need improvement
I am not aware if the society has got swimmingpool available, when I stayed there was no swimmingpool, it was being constructed. There was a small leak in the kitchen but that was mended soon. During rainy season water logging issues are faced, there is a slum area just outside one of the main gate, over there water logging issues are faced as it is connected to the slum area. Maintainance charges are very high.

Sare local transport like bus cabs autos jaldi mil date the society se. garden tha society me. pani 24*7 available raheta tha. leakage re related koi issue kbhi nhi aaya. log and security dono bhi kafi cooperative the. society safe thi. metro 15mins walking distance pr hi thi. visitors ke leye alag se parking hai. flats me acchi balconies hai. society bohot clean thi.
Things need improvement
Pass me hi society ke slum area tha us vajaha se raat me bahar jana safe nhi lagata tha. autos vagera thoda mushkil se milta tha raat ko. clubhouse bana nhi tha. highway jane ke liye car se 20mins lagate the. traffic ka bohot issue tha.

Good things here
Society is on prime location like local railway station,metro,bus stand is on walkable distance from the society. All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional. Society is very well maintained and time to time cleaning is done. high security to there residents all the areas are under cctv survilance. there is no water logging ,leakage and seepage issues in the apartments. Allocated parking for owners and visitors in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are there in the society and allocated to units as well but they are some charges being taken from the residents due to that maintenance charges increases. bachelor's are not allowed in the society.

Security was great they used to maintain a register, if somebody visits, they used to note down their name and other details. auto and buses were available at walking distance. restaurants and market were at walking distance. play area, gym, and garden was there in the society. society was clean and not faced any construction related issues. flats were very specious. ample amount of water supply was available.
Things need improvement
Roads Infront of the society was very narrow due to which traffic used to jam. society was surrounded by slum area. swimming pool was not present in the society.

Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.

The absence of a swimming pool and average construction quality, coupled with issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, impacts the overall living experience in the society.
