The society had power backup for both the flats and common areas. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was well maintained. The maintenance charges were justified. The residents were cooperative, and all festivals were celebrated together in the society. It had all modern amenities. I lived in the society for 5 years and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos were easily available from the society.
It was difficult to reach the bus stop from the society as buses were not available nearby. We had to take an auto to reach the nearest bus stop from the society.

Amenities here are great with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning and garbage collection. Connectivity is great with autos, cabs, metro, and a railway station nearby. The roads are good. The neighbours are friendly and celebrate festivals together.
There are leakage , seepage issues in some of the flats in the society, this is the issue that needs to be resolved . No other issues in the society regarding anything .

The major disadvantage of this society is its distance from the main road, which means residents have limited access to buses, autos, and malls, potentially inconveniencing daily transportation and shopping needs.

With excellent amenities like a swimming pool, gym, children's play area, and walking track, alongside outstanding maintenance, the society provides a comfortable living environment.
Residents in their society are facing seepage issues on bathroom walls, necessitating immediate attention and maintenance to address the problem and ensure the structural integrity and cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Society's security is excellent due to each block having a security guard. Facilities such as a supermarket, beauty parlor, and amenities such as a temple, clubhouse, shuttle court, gym, play area, and good walking areas are available inside. There is good connectivity, with a few schools within walking distance, a bus stop located 500 meters away, and cab facilities accessible. Maintenance charges range from 3k to 4k, covering corridor cleaning and regular water supply.
Society's main problem is that presidents are changing frequently, and it takes a lot of time to establish a new committee to understand society's needs. Additionally, there is no cricket play area for children indoors.

The maintenance is also top-notch, with prompt resolution of any issues and a reliable water supply. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, temple, garden area, tennis court, volleyball court, and children's play area are available. The environment of the society is peaceful due to minimal traffic.
The major issue is that the gym equipment is very limited, which is not satisfactory for residents. Additionally, the maintenance charges are also high.

The residents, who are friendly and supportive, celebrate festivals such as Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Christmas, Ugadhi, and Holi together. The society boasts good connectivity, with nearby public transport, schools, and hospitals. Both inside and outside areas are well-maintained, and the outstanding construction quality ensures no seepage issues in this society.
The society needs to improve its garden maintenance to make outdoor spaces more appealing and functional, providing residents with a pleasant environment to enjoy.

Maintenance is excellent, with no issues of water or power, and well-maintained amenities including a tennis court, swimming pool, yoga hall, table tennis, and meditation hall. The residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrating festivals like Ugadhi and Holi together.
There are seepages on the top floor of this society, along with pollution issues, indicating potential concerns regarding building maintenance and environmental factors affecting residents' quality of life.

In this society, everything is calm and peaceful. There are lots of green plants and trees that are well taken care of.
In this community, the only problem is water leaking in washrooms, making the walls wet and causing ongoing issues for the residents.

In this society, around 360 families reside. The construction design is excellent, providing good privacy with approximately 10 feet of space between each flat. The distance between each tower is also good and excellent ventilation within the flats. The connectivity of the society is exceptional, with all major amenities conveniently located within a 5km radius, including shopping malls, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, bus stops, and a metro station. Inside the society, vegetable vendors conduct stalls every week. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with regular water supply, thorough cleaning services, and efficient garbage collection. The maintenance charges for 3 BHK flats are approximately 4000 per month. Furthermore, the society offers excellent amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and football and volleyball play areas.
The amenities in our society are not great, as there are no proper play areas for kids and no cricket pitches available within the premises.
