Proximity to ki area such as camp and Koregaon park commuting convenient. The area is well accepted with amenities including shopping centres varieties of restaurants and educational institutions. And excellent medical facilities also available here which make family friendly environment. Area is generally considered safe and secure with strong community presence and local police petroling. Area area has some green space and park and some treeline streets. read more
Area can experience heavy traffic particular during peak hours. Noise pollution due to busy roads . As the area become more popular housing cost may increase and making it less affordable. The neighbourhood can feel congested especially during pick shopping or dining hours. They are some parks but it not sufficient for residents outdoor activity. read more

on the down side, the street is often crowded, especially during weekend and festive seasons, which can make shopping a bit hectic. finding parking can be a real challenge as there are limited spots available nearby. dariya can also get a bit hectic with honking Vehicle and nerrow lanes. read more
