Good things here
The connectivity was superb, making commuting a breeze with easy access to transportation options like auto cabs and buses. The presence of top-notch amenities such as a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a spacious clubhouse added to the overall quality of life. The community spirit was another highlight; people were incredibly cooperative and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was meticulously maintained, and the 24/7 power and water supply ensured that we never faced any disruptions.
Things need improvement
Found the maintenance of the lifts to be a significant issue. The lifts were often out of order, causing a lot of inconvenience, especially for residents living on higher floors. Even when they were operational, they were not well-maintained and frequently made strange noises, which made me feel unsafe. This lack of proper maintenance is a serious concern that the management needs to address.

CCTV is installed throughout the premises, ensuring comprehensive surveillance, while security guards are readily available to maintain safety. Elevators are operational and well-maintained for residents' convenience. Additionally, the society offers various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, enhancing residents' quality of life.
Things need improvement
Parking space is limited, leading to chaos among residents when it comes to parking. Unfortunately, there is no power backup, resulting in frequent power cuts. Additionally, water supply issues occur intermittently, with availability not guaranteed at all times. Roads outside the society are in poor condition, causing significant traffic congestion. Although amenities are available, none of them are functional. Moreover, cleaning and maintenance are not up to par, and residents are not particularly friendly.

Good things here
Connectivity is excellent with easy availability of auto cabs and other services, ensuring hassle-free commuting. The roads are well-built, and a nearby metro station adds to convenience. Maintenance is exemplary, with timely services and cleanliness, including efficient garbage collection. The houses are spacious and well-ventilated, with no seepage or leakage issues reported in the past five years. All promised facilities in the project are accessible.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with the water in the society, as it is hard water, which can be harmful to health. Maintenance charges are separate for owners, and as a tenant, one has to pay more. The surrounding area of the society is commercial, lacking nearby restaurants, which would be beneficial to have. Occasionally, visitor parking can be problematic due to overcrowding.

Good things here
Full power backup, full security with cameras, beautifully renovated and painted. Modular kitchen, 5 air conditioners, Piped LPG connection, garden view, fully functional society with maids and cooks available
Things need improvement
Better maintenance is needed and local RWA needs to take up the task more aptly. More functions at club room are desired.

Good things here
The society had all modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, play area, clubhouse, garden, and park. Garbage collection was timely, and the lifts were well-maintained. Air ventilation was very good, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage in the society. All festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated. Autos, rickshaws, and cabs were easily available. Around the society, there were grocery shops, medical stores, and malls were under construction. Parking was available for everyone, and the quality of roads around the society was good; there were no issues with waterlogging.
Things need improvement
The metro station was 17 kilometers away from the society. Overall, I didn't feel that there was anything that needed improvement; everything was very good.

Good things here
The roads outside the society are currently undergoing maintenance. Water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is up to the mark, and all modern amenities are available in the society. The flats have good ventilation, allowing sunlight to enter.
Things need improvement
Whenever there are celebrations in the society, tenants are not adequately involved. There are many issues with leakage, seepage, and cracks in the old building. The maintenance charges are not justified, and the community does not function well together. Autos are not easily available near the society, and there is often heavy traffic near the society due to road construction. Power cuts are also frequent in the society.

The housing society's construction is affected by inadequate sunlight and poor ventilation, which can negatively impact residents general comfort and well-being. The absence of necessary facilities like a club, gym, pool, garden, and kids play area may be limited.

Auto aur cabs mil toh jaate hain lekin destination location ki wajah se kabhi kabhi dikkat hoti hai. Swimming pool, lifts, cctv, gym aur club house sab hai society main. Yahan kaafi log rehte hain lekin jitne logon se interact kiya hai wo sab friendly hain. Hospitals toh kaafi paas hain.
Things need improvement
Maintenance average hai, aisa kuch khaas maintain nahi karte. Water supply toh sahi hai, lekin bathrooms mai plumbing se kaafi gandi smell aati hai. Pehle safai bohot achchi thi lekin pichle 1-1. 5 yrs se saaf safai theek se nahi hoti hai. Corridor ko saaf bhi karte hain toh uski dhool stairs pe daal dete hiain.

The cleanliness of the society is quit above average ,the people are really good and helpful ,public transport are easily available in the society

There is no metro near by , there is no amenties like gym , swimming pool , the clubhouse is small

Good things here
Market areas are both present inside and outside the society. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained, no such maintainance issues are seen. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Facilities and amenities like swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good in the society, festivals are celebrated together. Water logging issues are not faced in the society. The society is very spacious to live in.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transportations are easily not available around the society, at a walkable distance it's available. Sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced but in the appartments, but not a major one it's managable. Open gym is available, it's not a closed one.
