Parks provide recreational space for children to play and enjoy outdoor activities. Residents are noted for their exceptional friendliness and cooperative nature.
Things need improvement
The metro station is inconveniently far away, making public transportation less accessible. Cleanliness is a recurring issue, with maintenance not meeting adequate standards, resulting in a consistently dirty environment. Building quality is subpar, plagued by problems such as leakage and seepage issues, particularly noticeable with roof leaks in the parking area leading to water logging. Moreover, essential amenities like a swimming pool are absent, further impacting resident satisfaction. Additionally, the installation of CCTV cameras was undertaken by residents themselves, highlighting a lack of proactive measures by the society authorities in addressing security concerns.

Good things here
The location is well-connected, close to many malls and schools, which makes daily tasks and commuting easier. The society also has a big playground, plenty of parking, and well-kept roads, all improving residents' quality of life. Plus, there are several parks around, adding to the greenery and recreational opportunities within the community.

Residents have raised concerns about the construction quality of the flats, citing problems like seepage and poor plaster quality. Maintenance charges are reported to be on the higher side, and some amenities such as a swimming pool and gym are unavailable, disappointing residents. The society also lacks proper metro connectivity, making commuting difficult for residents relying on public transport. Additionally, high traffic jams and limited parking space for guests contribute to the inconveniences faced by residents.

The metro station is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk from the residence, making commuting a breeze. Maintenance across the society is consistently good, and the absence of waterlogging issues adds to the comfort of residents. However, what truly stands out is the serene and peaceful atmosphere within the society, providing a tranquil haven for residents to call home.
Things need improvement
Finding auto rickshaws and cabs can be challenging at times, which can be inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the gyms and clubhouse undergoing construction and not being operational may be disappointing for those looking forward to using these facilities. Unfortunately, it seems like the neighborly atmosphere could be improved, as they were uncooperative when approached for discussions. Lastly, the construction quality not meeting expectations adds another layer of concern for residents.

Construction quality bohot kharap hai , poor quality of plaster. society ke andar shop nhi hai . water ka quality achhi nhi hai . monkey ajata society ke andar.

I enjoy the ideal location along the Noida Expressway and beautiful green spaces. With easy access to several malls and schools, it's convenient for both daily necessities and entertainment. Observe that there's room for improvement in the green spaces, and as more malls and retail spaces are developed, it could change the overall atmosphere of the area. Additionally, there could be changes to maintenance charges in the future, which might affect your monthly expenses.

Good things here
I don't live there anymore; it's been five years since I moved to a different apartment. Back then, the maintenance and construction quality were decent.
Things need improvement
Most of the residents in the society were good, but it wasn't very welcoming for bachelors as they weren't treated well. Connectivity was also an issue since medical stores and other amenities weren't nearby. Although the metro is available now, the bus service isn't that reliable.

The maintenance of the society is good, with timely upkeep and efficient garbage collection. There are no major electricity issues, and power backup is available as needed. The society does not face any water logging issues. Security is well-managed, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring safety throughout the community.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, park, community hall, and tennis playground. Additionally, there is a lack of unity among the residents, who are often too busy to engage in community activities or foster a sense of cohesion.
