Some apartments within the society face seepage issues, highlighting inconsistencies in construction quality and maintenance standards. The swimming pool, while a valued amenity, is noted for its subpar maintenance, affecting its usability and enjoyment for residents.

Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything was provided and it was well maintained. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there were no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities were also okay, CCTV's were there. Autos and cabs were easily accessible , parking space was also sufficient. Society culture of this society is very good. It fel very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people were literally very good. Ventilation was also good here, and garbage collection facilities were also provided. Lift was also available and it is well maintained.
The society is connected to the main road, and the only issue that i faced here was the traffic on the road. Otherwise, everything was okay and up to my expectations.

The neighbourhood here is nice and friendly. The connectivity is good, with easy access to autos, cabs, and the metro. The railway station and airport are not far away. The construction of the building is solid, and the rooms get good ventilation and sunlight, and there is no leakage and seepage.
There are several problems here. Residents put out garbage at night, and cats tear the bags, scattering the trash. This makes the lift smell bad, and there are cockroaches in the rooms. These issues need to be fixed to make living here more comfortable.

Mayfair Hillcrest in Vikhroli West boasts a spacious parking area and a beautiful garden. Residents can enjoy the nearby Godrej Garden, ensuring plenty of greenery for a healthy lifestyle and pleasant evenings. Cabs and auto-rickshaws are readily available, and the well-maintained roads ensure smooth traffic flow without any jams.
The only downside is the high maintenance fee, which stands at _15,000 per month. This seems relatively steep compared to other societies in the area. Other than that, there are no other negative aspects to mention.

Public transport like auto, cabs mil jata tha easily. Lifts were well maintained. 2 Floor parking area was there which was big enough. Garbage collection & disposal was done timely ensuring cleanliness in society. Gym was also there. Construction quality was good, I used to live on 21st floor, so ventilation & sunlight accha tha wahan.
When I was there, there was no metro available nearby. Clubhouse and swimming pool were there but they were not too big enough. logo se itna interaction nahi hota tha mera, so can't tell much about residents.

The ease and convenience of traveling from one location to another is made possible by the availability of cars and buses. The upkeep of the community is excellent, and trash collection and cleaning are completed on schedule. There are no leaks or cracks in the apartment, indicating that the building is considerably better.
There are no amenities available in the society like gym, garen, clubs, swimming pool. The neighborhood are not much interactive as they are not well behaving.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. Drainage system is good. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. Roads are good outside the society.
The society is distant from the metro station, creating challenges for residents in terms of accessibility. Closer proximity would improve transportation convenience.

The residents were cooperative and decent. Cleanliness was maintained in the society. Water was available 24/7. The flats had good ventilation with ample sunlight and no issues of leakage or seepage. The lifts were well-maintained.
Autos were easily available near the society for reaching the station, but not for going to the office. The society had all modern amenities, but tenants were not allowed to use them.

No water supply or power supply issues. Connectivity bohot accha hai , sab mil jata hai easily, we are connected to quite everything, we have connectivity to expressway and roads are also quite wide. Infrastructure accha hai.
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse kuch nahi hai society mein. Apart from this , no more issues he highlighted,everything is working fine.
