Ozone WF48 is a new residential project developed by Ozone Group in Bangalore. The under-construction project is located in Whitefield. I have booked a 3BHK apartment and I am satisfied with the floor planning. The rooms are spacious with luxurious features. The property is totally suitable for middle-class families. Prominent shopping malls, theatres, schools and hospitals are also nearby that will make our lives easier.

I was looking for a premium apartment and I landed up on Ozone WF48. The premium project is one of the best options in this area. The location has well connectivity as it is located at the crux of Whitefield Main Road. Amenities provided are equipped clubhouse, gardens, gymnasium, swimming pool, children’s play area and lot more. I am really happy with this project and would recommend this to everyone

Ozone WF48 is not at all a satisfactory project. The sales and the management team has misguided us by providing fake pricing details. The maintenance is also too expensive. The under-construction project is getting delayed day by day. There is no progress on the residential project. The quality of the materials is also poor. This premium project is not investment-worthy and I would like to suggest everyone check other projects.

4It has launched a premium residential project named Ozone WF48 in Bangalore. I had booked an apartment and they have promised the handover by 2023. The floor planning is outstanding with modern architecture and the neighbourhood is excellent. I am quite satisfied with the facilities like rainwater harvesting, water storage, proper sewage treatment and maintenance. I would recommend this project to everyone.

Ozone WF48 is one of the best projects in Bengaluru. The under-construction project offers high-class facilities and amenities to the residents. I booked a 2BHK apartment and I was doubtful about a few things in the beginning. But the sales team was excellent. They have provided me with all the details and guided me all throughout. The location was also preferable for my family. I am glad to invest in this project.
