The convenient location, with essential facilities like bus stops, schools, hospitals, petrol stations, and supermarkets within easy reach, adds to the appeal. Proper street lighting and good parking space further enhance the convenience and safety of the area. Furthermore, the efficient maintenance of the apartment complex, including reasonable maintenance charges, 24/7 water and power availability, proper functioning lifts, daily cleaning, and garbage collection, ensures a hassle-free living experience. Lastly, having friendly and cooperative neighbors adds to the sense of community and security. Overall, it sounds like an ideal living situation for elders and families alike!

Residents enjoy a range of amenities including swimming pools, gyms, clubhouses, table tennis, basketball courts, children's play areas, walking tracks, and party halls. Construction standards ensure excellent ventilation in the rooms, enhancing comfort for residents.

While the road quality meets expectations, residents are discontented with the high charges collected by the association without corresponding facilities. Issues with the association and builder persist, exacerbating dissatisfaction among residents. Furthermore, the prices for tanker water are deemed exorbitant. Each block is separate and properly cleaned every day, with regular garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. We also have a reliable power backup system in place. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful, fostering a sense of community. Additionally, we have a wide range of amenities including outdoor and indoor games, a basketball court, table tennis, a swimming pool, a children's play area, a gym, a clubhouse, a walking track, and a community hall, providing ample opportunities for recreation and socializing within the community.

The area benefits from street lights and a newly constructed road, although some sections of the road are broken. Occasionally, there are concerns about the water quality, with reports of an unpleasant smell, and some walls show signs of leakages.

Maintenance-wise, it�s commendable. They have done proper cleaning inside and outside, including floors and balconies. They collect garbage separately for wet and dry waste. There is a good water and power supply, and the lift is working properly. They have done proper painting as well. Location-wise, within the community, we have supermarkets and grocery stores. There are shopping malls and schools within 3 km, and cabs are available timely. Amenities include a swimming pool, cricket pitch, gym, clubhouse, community hall, walking track, and garden. Construction-wise, there are no leakage issues on the walls, and there is good ventilation and air circulation overall. The balcony and surrounding areas are friendly, and the residents are mostly families.

There are dust issues on the roads in this society, affecting cleanliness and air quality. This problem needs addressing to improve the overall living conditions and health of the residents.
