Things need improvement
Residents have pointed out some problems in the society, like sometimes things not being fixed properly, not enough parking, elevators sometimes not working right, and some amenities not working all the time. Also, people aren't happy about the high fees they have to pay for maintenance. These things can make living there a bit annoying sometimes.

The tenant might encounter some challenges as well. During rainy seasons, overflowing drainage can make roads messy and affect travel. Garbage piling up on street corners, especially on Mondays, can be unpleasant. Limited parking space might make it hard to find a spot during busy times. Additionally, occasional power outages, delays in maintenance services, and noise from nearby construction sites could disrupt the peace and comfort of living in the society.

. During the rainy season, the roads may become dirty and drainage issues could arise, causing inconvenience. Garbage accumulation on Mondays due to improper waste disposal can also be bothersome. Limited parking space and noise disturbances from nearby construction sites may further detract from the overall living experience.

There are also stores, pubs, bars, and a metro train close by for convenience. And with water tanks and emergency hospitals nearby, residents feel safe knowing help is there when they need it.

Living in this area has its ups and downs. When it rains, the drains can overflow, and there might be a lot of garbage around on Mondays. Finding parking can be hard, especially when it's busy. Sometimes the power goes out, maintenance can take a while, and there's noise from construction nearby. But there are still good things about living here.

Living in the society was generally positive for the ex-tenant. They enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, welcoming neighbors, and well-designed interior and exterior of the society. The surrounding community was described as peaceful, with a strong sense of camaraderie and a beautiful night view.
Things need improvement
Despite the positive aspects, the ex-tenant encountered some challenges during their stay. They experienced maintenance issues, occasional problems with parking and lifts, and found that amenities did not always function perfectly. High maintenance charges as a drawback of living in the society.

The project offers plenty of benefits that includes prime location, comfortable and lavish lifestyle, great amenities, healthy surroundings and high return. This project offers 1BHK and 2BHK apartments in different sizes. I liked the way it is designed in such a way that these Apartments comprises of wide space with proper ventilation. The interiors are beautifully crafted with designer tiled floor, granite counter slab in kitchen, modern sanitary fittings in the bathroom and huge windows for proper sunlight. I love it here so does my family.

Excellent construction quality with spacious homes and all amenities, such as ample parking, green parks, a children's playground, a gym, a grocery store, a medical store, ATMs, and so on. Easy availability of cabs, auto and bus services put it in a well-connected place. This project has a very pleasant and calm atmosphere, with plenty of fresh air and clean roads. Malls, colleges, and schools are all close by, which is great for kids because they can get there fast.
