Connectivity is easily accessible, especially if we book an apartment near the university. The area is very safe. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect daily in the society. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, and party hall are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Cleaning of the society is very good, done twice a day. There are many hospitals in the vicinity. We can celebrate all occasions in the society, which is very enjoyable.
Sometimes, the power gets high voltage in the society, which is concerning. The construction quality is not good; there is some seepage, which is very inconvenient. The wall quality is also very bad in the society, especially during the rainy season when the walls get very damaged. The swimming pool is also not well-maintained, and the greenery is not managed well either.
