Good things here
Connectivity is easily accessible, especially if we book an apartment near the university. The area is very safe. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect daily in the society. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, and party hall are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Cleaning of the society is very good, done twice a day. There are many hospitals in the vicinity. We can celebrate all occasions in the society, which is very enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, the power gets high voltage in the society, which is concerning. The construction quality is not good; there is some seepage, which is very inconvenient. The wall quality is also very bad in the society, especially during the rainy season when the walls get very damaged. The swimming pool is also not well-maintained, and the greenery is not managed well either.

The area is developing with convenient connectivity within a 5-minute walk, including bus stations and share autos. Essential services like groceries, hospitals, salons, cafes, and schools are within a 10 km radius. Shopping malls are also present. Regular cleaning is maintained, with amenities like a clubhouse, indoor games area, parks, gym, and swimming pool available. The community of 300 families celebrates various festivals including Christmas, New Year, Bakrid, Ramadan, Holi, and Onam.
Things need improvement
Regular maintenance is conducted on the construction side, including the walls and flats. However, there are concerns about the water supply, as bore water is being mixed with salty metro water, affecting its quality.

Hospitals are conveniently located within 2 kilometers for emergencies, and cabs can be booked easily from Ola on the main roads. The atmosphere in the society is peaceful and calm, fostering a positive environment.

The construction quality is notably poor, with reported leakages in the roofs of bathrooms. The water facility is inadequate, often contaminated with dust, making it inconvenient for daily use. Additionally, amenities are lacking in the society.
