The maintenance of the society is very good, and the water facilities are excellent. The power backup systems are reliable, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. Garbage collection is very efficient and well-managed, keeping the area clean and orderly. The amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a children's play area, all of which are available and well-maintained within the society. Parking facilities are well-organized, providing ample space for residents' vehicles. Additionally, there is a visitor parking area within the society. There are also essential facilities such as a grocery store and supermarket available within a short distance, ensuring convenient access to daily necessities. Security services in the society are very good, ensuring a safe living environment. Hospitals are also available within 1-2 kilometers from the society, providing easy access to medical care when needed.

Things need improvement

The maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Additionally, due to recent issues with the water supply, there has been an increase in water-related expenses. Parking is not sufficient, and the spaces are not covered, which exposes vehicles to dust and weather conditions. This can be problematic, especially during windy or rainy days, as it affects the cleanliness and condition of the vehicles. The construction quality is poor, with some seepage issues noted, especially on the 4th floor of the buildings within the society. This indicates a need for better construction and maintenance practices.

Construction quality is very good, with no noticeable issues observed. There is a public transport stop within a walkable distance of about 500 meters from the society. The metro is accessible within 2 kilometers, and hospitals are conveniently located within 1-2 kilometers from the society.

Things need improvement

Roads are not in good condition in the society. There are some road construction projects happening in the nearby areas, causing a lot of dust and traffic congestion. The lorry drivers are driving very rudely in the area. Maintenance care is affected by these conditions. There are visitor parking spaces available, but they are limited to only 4-5 cars at a time.

Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. The metro is available within 2 kilometers from the society. Hospitals are available within walking distance from the society. Shops are available nearby, which is very convenient.

The construction quality is very poor. There is a leak in the top floor, and there were some seepages in the flats. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a far range from the society, around 2 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient.

The society has all the amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden for people to relax. Autos, buses, and rickshaws are available near the society and are always on time, so there is no waiting.

Things need improvement

In the society, the corridors are dirty and not cleaned properly. There is a problem with dampness (seepage) too. The parking area also has a lot of dampness. There are issues with parking as people don't have allotted parking spaces, which leads to fights and causes trouble for everyone.
